Another boring Sunday
!Time for more FM!
Manchester City
I decided to start as Manchester City as I have never been them and they have lots of money

Here are my pre season results:

As you can see the first four games were not the best and I decided to change my tactics after that. I definetly noticed an improvement in the Oldham and Bedlington Terriers game(They are my local,local,local team and are very very very bad and I wanted to give them a game

)
Hopefully I can start the new season with a bang.
My first fixture is Portsmouth(H)

10 Game Review
My view- Well the results speak for the themselves. The worst ever start I have ever had on Football Manager. The problems were that my strikers couldn't hit a barn door!!
Also other goalkeepers seemed amazing. I then started using my tactic against Boro in the cup and my team played really well so I decided to keep this tactic for my League game against Boro and it showed that it worked even though I do concede a lot of goals. I will keep playing this game and hopefully I can turn their fortunes around.

I'd advice using a tactic that isn't so weird, lol.

10 Game Review
My View-One word-WOW!-7 wins in ten games has now pushed me right up the table. Thank you Master Woodchuck(sp?). I downloaded his ultimate tactic and have seen my side perform brilliantly. Huntelaar and Guilherme seem to be settling in now and Elano is just pure class. Petrov is also proving his worth. Jo is also a great player to come off the bench as he can grab vital goals.

Now the Manchster United game

I honestly don't know what happened with them. They had scored 38 goals and only conceded 8 which I thought was amazing. They were unbeaten and had won their last 5 games. I scored on 40 seconds and then the goals kept flooding in. I couldn't believe it! I also had luck on my side though as even though Rooney scored he missed an open net and Schmeicel(sp?) denied him lots of times. Schmeicel(sp?) was on the top of his game.

That game made my day as today I met Owen, Keegan, Guthrie, Gutierrez, Viduka, Taylor, Duff, Beye and Enrique in the NUFC club shop as well.

10 Game Review
My view-Quite a good month for me and my Man City team. We hit a little blip after the demolshing of Man Utd by losing to Reading and Portsmouth(Reading game I was serving a touchline ban-I am a rebel). But then it was back to normal killing the rams 5-1.
Miralem Pjanic- While reading my inbox the media had linked me with this kid who I have never ever heard off. Of course I am building my team for the future and he was quite young so I decided to splash out 575K to bring him to eastlands.His debut couldn't have been better a hat rick and a rating of 9 against Bradford in the FA cup. He was on the bench for the next game v.s Arsenal. We were losing 1-0 and it was around the 75th minute. Elano was injured so I had no other choice but to throw him on. 80th minute he scored. I was absolutely delighted. 90th minute he scored again!!!!

but it was ruled out for offside

(thats what I got my toucline ban for)

hello there i'm new to the site.
i just finished my first season with man city. and won the league. i only got three players the were colins john on a seasons long loan. paddy kenny.then in january i got van der varrt. i wasplaying a 442 then when i got van i changed o a 4411. won the league by 2 points.

Europe coming to Eastlands!

Managers View of the season
Well, what a season. At the start of the season the players were really down after we only got 4 wins out of 10 games, but a change of training schedules and tactics helped push us up from 18th to 4th which will bring European football to our great fans.
Our best result: Obviously everyone invloved with the club knows that our 7-1 win over Man Utd was our best result this season. However great that was I think I will differ and say that my favourite result was going to Anfield and getting a 3-0 win (sorry Liverpool fans on FMF

)when they were in 4th and we were in 5th.

Our worst result:Well the fans will say that their worst result was 4-1 at Old Trafford but I believe that our worst performance was at St James Park. We were 2-0 up and still managed to lose 5-2. I was absolutely outraged!

My Player of the season:Elano-He was pure class all season and helped us in so many games
