I started off unemployed and became gillingham manager
with 5 prem games left i signed for Derby.
1st season with Derby i saved from relegation 2nd season we got relegated 3rd season was winning the championship and left for fulham with about 8 games to go
Saved fulham from relegation.
Currently in my 1st season with Blackburn.
