As my pompey game corrupted (  ) i was going to start a Zenith St Petersburg game, but instead ive decided to use the editor, get rid of all of Wigan Athletics Players, Give myself £150million and try and rebuild a whole new team from scratch (The only players i will start with will be the players i get from the youth academy) :) Don't know if it will mess up the game or not but hey

Ok, will do Got 3 more friendlies left till the season starts, so got a bit more time to get some more signings in.
Man Utd Wanted 13.5m plus 20& off next sale for Guissepe Rossi :O I told them to keep him!

Saturday 19th August
Wigan 2-2 Liverpool
Wigan began their first season with Lukasz Pacolski as their gaffer with a satisfactory 2-2 draw against Liverpool at Anfield, where 41,819 fans attended. Wigan took the lead after just 1 minute of play! Petri Pasanen started it with a great sliding tackle on Liverpools Mark Gonzalez, he then played a quick one-two with Alexey Yeremenko before taking it down the right flank and passing to Iaquinta, Iaquinta turned expertly on the ball before playing it left to Marcelo, who picked out Keane with a lovely pass for Robbie Keane to slot in.
Liverpool then replied 8 minutes later, when Xabi Alonso played a high pass forward and Crouch towered over Petri Pasanen to score a brilliant header.
Wigan then took the lead again after 14 minutes of play when Alexey Yeremenko's first shot was punched clear by reina, only to go straight up in the air back to Yeremenko for him to header into the back of the net.
After 32 minutes, Liverpool equalised again to make the score 2-2. Peter Crouch played a pinpoint pass to Dirk Kuyt, who did excellently by making himself some space before finishing off the move with a crisp shot that ended up in the top corner of the net out of Kameni's reach.
No goals where scored in the second half, and the game finished all square at Anfield, with Peter Crouch winning the man of the match award, new Wigan manager was satisfied with the result, and was glad to see his team playing well together.
Tuesday 22nd August
Wigan 3-0 Chelsea
New Wigan Manager, Lukasz Pacolski guided Wigan to a convincing 3-0 win over Chelsea in his second ever Premiership game after drawing with Liverpool 2-2 a few days before!
Wigan always looked the better side, and opened the scoring after 13 minutes, with David Bentley crossing the ball in from the right to the far post and Robbie Keane Headering it into the back of the net.
The Second goal came 26 minutes later with David Bentley avoiding a challenge from Ashley Cole and again crossing it in from the right which was met by a Alexey Yeremenko head to finish it.
The last goal of the game didn't arrive until 88 minutes in, when a silly boulahrouz error led to Robbie Keane picking up a loose ball and slotting in past a furious Petr Cech!
Robbie Keane picked up the man of the match award after scoring two past the Czech international keeper.

Wow brilliant result against Chelsea there mate. I hardly ever score three against them with any team let alone a suped up Wigan side. Oh and well done with not alienating me and half of fmf by not beating Liverpool.  |
