I've got my first two years with Rangers up here:

My biggest moves were obviously Vidal (my first big international signing), and replacing McGregor in goal. He's serviceable in this game but he's not going to get you far.

Play Boyd pretty regularly from the start, play McCulloch on the left instead of Beasley, count on Cuellar and you can't really go wrong. I'd recommend investing heavily in youth/younger players because until the club gets sold you're not going to have a lot of money to play with.

Also, Chris Burke can fetch a pretty good chunk of change from some EPL teams, so I recommend moving him and using Novo and Naismith on the right.

Def look at the scouting forums, but first you need to look at your team and decide for yourself where it needs strengthening the most.
