Ive decided to start a game with arsenal mainly because I have lost interest in all my other games.

League: English Premier league
Transfer Budget: £65,450,000
Wage Budget: £987,846 and I am using £771,093

Tactics

On my first day I started accessing my squad and tried to figure out what the best tactic would be and who to play. This is what i thought should be the tactic to bring out the best of my Arsenal team.

Reserves and Youth

I also looked through the reserves and the youth squad to see if I could find anyone who would be worth bringing in to the full squad. When I looked in the reserves I found Gilberto Silva and Alexander Song and promoted them to the full squad. So at this stage there was only about 3 players in the reserves so I had a look in the youth squad and added nearly all the 17s and above into the reserves so this will also give the 14s - 16s time to play more.

Transfers in

I started looking in transfer market and I decided that I only really have 3 real strikers and Bendtner is very experienced. So I decided to go for Stancu for 600K so then I should have adequate cover in case of suspension or injuries. I have also decided to activate the minimum fee release clause on Maxi Rodriguez worth £16 million. I’m also going to put in an offer for Matias Fernandez (£12.5 M) and Steven Defour
(£5.5 M) and I have put in an enquiry about Ricardo Quaresma.

I started revising the whole team and was sorting out who should be put on the transfer list. After a while I decided to put Justin Hoyte and Mathieu Flamini on the transfer list.

Robin Van Persie > AC Milan for £7,750,000 to be a long term replacement for Filippo Inzaghi. (ha ha no chance of that happening)
Manuel Almunia > Manchester City for £5,250,000 > Rejected
Manuel Almunia > Middlesbrough 3 Months loan > Rejected
Manuel Almunia > Birmingham 3 Months loan > Rejected

Current injuries:

Tomas Rosicky >Groin strain > 2 weeks
Gael Clichy > Sprained Ankle > 1 Month

yeah i told them that i would win the league so they gave me about another 20 million lol and then i got about another 6 million for the budget adjustment thing.

Good luck with it man, trying the same thing myself. Milan came in for van persie in my game but i wanted cash and gilardino and they never came back!

What skin and logos are you using? Looks sweet, need to update the graphics on my game!

The first one was against BEC.

BEC 1 - 6 Arsenal

I was 2-0 up at half time then after some half-time substitutions and they scored another 4 goals (well they didn't adebayor did!)

Hamilton 0 - 3 Arsenal

It seems as though hamilton was a bit better than BEC but they still weren't enough to cope with my Arsenal team. Note that in the first half of this game it was a mixture of my reserves and under 18s!

Arsenal 4 - 0 Ajax

I am pretty pleased with this result considering Ajax fielded a full strength squad and mine was a little weakened with Fabianski,Traore,Denilson and bendtner playing.

I think that maybe the players were a little bit tired in this match. They didn’t get many shots let alone shots on target.

I know this was an easy side to play against, but what a performance the players put on. Especially Walcott (Scored a hat trick inside 60 mins) and Adebayor came on and set up 3 goals for his team, great show of unselfishness by him.

We totally dominated this match from start to finish. It must of just been an off day for the guys. First goal of the season for adebayor!

Again this is another match that we dominated and really should have scored more than just the one goal.

Great win away from home. Fratton park isn't an easy place to go to and win so well!

More goals from the midfield!!! Things are looking good at Arsenal. Another great away win. Gareth Barry really showed why he is there captain every loose ball there was he got there and got it was a consant thorn in our side!!!

I am really pleased with this result its never easy against liverpool even at the Emirates im just glad to come away with this result with a point.

Afer playing these 5 league games i am in ath place just 2 points behind leaders Chelsea.

Keep it up, Quaresma is a great signing but wouldn't have replaced hleb til 2nd season though but he seems to be doing the biz for ya! Good work!
