I am hoping that i will get a top half finish in the league but i will need some new fresh faces as the current squad isn't anywhere upto scratch 1/2 players are decent but others need to go i will be releasing and selling most players and bringing in fresh new faces this team needs to get sorted as these recent friendly results have been terrible.
My prediction in the league is 8th and then hopefully next season with the right players i may be able to win the league and even possibly win a cup such as the Setanta Shield which will be a huge step in the right direction towards my overall target of getting into the championship within the next 5/6 seasons .
I hope you all will follow me in this new campaign and hopefully i will do much better than i have ever done. please leave feedback and info for ways to improve this and the team etc.

Well this has been a very busy month for me trying to get new players and also trying to bring in new staff. but so far with no luck at all, hopefully next month will be better in all areas.
The most important thing for me is to try and at least survive this league as the team at its current state of mind is not great. the results have been poor defensively and i will be having words with the current staff and the players to see if they can at least turn this around and start climbing the league.

All i can say is the team is now shaping up now as you can see i have managed to bring in some new faces and some promising stars for the club. Other than that we have now found our goal scoring ability and finally started picking up those 3 important points climbing up the table is a real big positive for us i hope that we can carny on this form into next month and all of the season and seasons to come.
The only thing that is really worrying me at this point in the season is the defence it is really bad as we have let in too many gaols and its not good enough. i will be looking into this and try and sort this problem out it maybe my tactics or even the players i will see what i can do.

This is turning out to be our season at this rate we have made it through into the next rounds of the cups and we're finally climbing up the league if we carry this on we will be able to make it into the playoffs and this will be a fantastic season. but the only thing i am dreading is the fact my 4 best players are only on loan but seeing as i have managed to bring in some new faces and released some of the old the team looks strong enough to cope this season. Next month I'm hoping for more of this type of play the defence is getting a little bit stronger now we have our goalkeeper whom is a great signing for us. I have also signed a few youth players to help for the future of the club.
Please stay tuned for more updates and comments are welcome thanks.

Man of Match: Ismael Ehui - Sutton United - Rating 8 Manager Comments
This was a win but the 1st half was fantastic then somehow in the 2nd half the players just under performed and this isn't good enough they still have some defensive issues to sort out. I am happy we came with the points and Ehui is finally proving what he is.
FA Trophy Third Qualifying Round Draw Sutton United v Tamworth (BSN)
Man of Match: Malik Buari - Sutton United - Rating 8 Managers Comments
Well we managed to get the 3 points but yet again the 2nd half let us down if this keeps on happening i will have to make squad changes and start dropping players whom perform bad.

This is going to be tough losing out on these 2 star players but i will see if i can bring in some more star loans as i have 1/2 spaces left but this is a very sad day for us knowing that the loans are almost ended.

This was a very poor match we just got out played. At least we never got knocked out hopefully we can do better on our travels I was very unhappy with Craig Tanner today he was poor all the mistakes and even giving away the pen disappointed me. It was also a shame to lose Alimi via an injury which hopefully isn't too bad
Steffan Ball - was missing from training there are reports that he is unhappy with not being in the 1st team plans. He was fined 2 weeks wages due to this.
Manager Comments
I decided to fine him as he was being unprofessional and he now has been transfer listed as he isn't in my plans of the club.
This month has been very busy and hectic as you can see we have a superb chance to gain playoffs spot in the league due to the games in hand. This month consisted in lots of cup games and the best part of this is the fact we actually won them all which is just making me so glad i have a bunch of players whom have been on superb form.
Please leave your thoughts and even you improvement ideas or ask for more information if you would like.

FA Cup Third Round Draw
Sutton United v Hednesford
Manager Comments
Well i just had to comment on this draw it is the best draw i have ever seen. who could think a small team like our selfs will have a huge chance to get into 4th round of the FA Cup.
Setanta Shield - South 3rd Round
Match Odds: Sutton United: 2-5 (Fav) / Draw: N/A / St. Albans: 13-2
This was not as easy as the score line suggests as it was very close and we did play much better than St Albans in the first half but second half display wasn't great for us. but the win and through into the next round.
Loan Deals Ended
Ismeal Ehui - He has been brilliant in attack for us its a huge loss. - 20 Apps - 13 Gls - 4 Asts - 3 MoM - 7.45 Av R

Well we didn't get the shots on target its looks like we're missing the loan players but i have full faith in the current players to do the job and try and get th results again.
Man of Match: Jordan Spence - Sutton United - Rating 9
Manager Comments
This was a very tight game if it wasn't for Jordan's goals from corners then the result would have been boring. we played well defensively today and this is great as we're trying to climb up the league
Man of Match: Jack Collison - Sutton United - Rating 9

This has to be one of the easiest games we have ever played we just looked like we're going to score more. this is another win in another great cup run.
We only just managed to keep hold of the ball this game this was just not good enough but getting the 3 points is what we need so that keeps our promotion charge in sight.
We tried our best but the defensive error costing us a pen has resulted in our defeat, but other than that we have done really well to get this far in the cup
Man of Match: Gareth Law - Sutton United - Rating 8

We stole 3 points today in what was definitely a lucky result, If it wasn't for Gareth's late strike we wouldn't have come away with the important 3 points for the title chase.
Man of Match: Warren McBean - Sutton United - Rating 9
Manager Comments
This was just a brilliant match as we seen Warren get his deserved hat-trick and he seems to be getting on well in training, 3 points in the bag Blues Square Premier here we come.

This has been a great month in respect of the cups we're still in and the league run is fantastic and I'm looking forward to the 2nd half of the season. hopefully we can get some new players on whom are in the last 6 months of the contract to join us ready for next season as we are in need of strengthening our team to compete at higher levels than we are currently in.

This had to be the toughest team we have played forget what i said bout them before they were to strong today but we managed to scrape a draw and take them home.
We got the goal we needed, then all of a sudden the team just played defensive for most of the game but we got the 3 points keeps me happy but I'd thought we should have made more of the match since they had 2 red cards.
Man of Match: Luke Ibbetson - Hednesford - Rating 8

This time round we ended up winning thanks to the home support being behind us and the fact we played a lot better in extra time, but winning by pens is a harsh way to get through but we did it. wow we're into the 4th round.

We just got out played and the mistake in the 80th min cost us dearly as Dorchester ended up getting a penalty. I just hope that we will pick our selfs back up from this loss and start playing some real football in the next few games.
