Thanks for the feedback guys more to come soon as i can't wait to play the season just a shame that the team is very small in terms of quality and also the lack of cash but i will be trying my hardest to bring some silverware into the trophy cabinets this season

August Report

Blue Square Premier - Game 1

Match Odds: Macclesfield: 4-5 (Fav) / Draw: 2-1 / Sutton United: 3-1

Macclesfield 3 - 1 Sutton United

Man of Match: Danny Thomas - Macclesfield - Rating 8

Managers Comments

We played to our best in the 2nd half but with the poor team display in the 1st half and getting the red card we had a very small chance of coming away with anything and as you have seen today it was poor.

Blue Square Premier - Game 2

Match Odds: Kettering: 4-5 (Fav) / Draw: 2-1 / Sutton United: 3-1

Kettering 3 - 2 Sutton United

Man of Match: Ali Akbar - Sutton United - Rating 8

Managers Comments

Well we are playing the worst football i have ever seen so far. if we dont get a new defence goalkeeper then this team will be fighting relegation at this rate.

Blue Square Premier - Game 3

Match Odds: Sutton United: 5-4 (Fav) / Draw: 11-5 / Forest Green: 7-4

Sutton United 2 - 2 Forest Green

Man of Match: Dan Read - Forest Green - Rating 8

Managers Comments

We done well but conceded a soft goal right at the end which was very harsh for us we need to get the goals in as we missed a few too many.

Transfers In

Daniel Kearns - 3 Month Loan
Robbie Blackwell - 3 Month Loan

Blue Square Premier - Game 4

Match Odds: Sutton United: 7-4 / Draw: 11-5 / Rushden: 5-4 (Fav)

Sutton United 2 - 2 Rushden

Man of Match: Warren McBean - Sutton United - Rating 8

Managers Comments

We were hoping to try and pick some points up and it looked like we were going to get 3points untill the last minute goal lost us 2 points that we deserved to have.

Blue Square Premier - Game 5

Match Odds: Oxford: 4-6 (Fav) / Draw: 9-4 / Sutton United: 7-2

Oxford 5 - 2 Sutton United

Man of Match: Robert Duffy - Oxford - Rating 9

Managers Comments

I was hoping that we could start climbing out of the relegation zone and start moving on up. To do this we needed to start winning games and as you can see we got killed out there today

Blue Square Premier - Game 6

Match Odds: Sutton United: 13-8 / Draw: 2-1 / Grays: 6-4 (Fav)

Sutton United 3 - 1 Grays

Man of Match: Ben Watson - Sutton United - Rating 9

Managers Comments

This was a must win for the morale of the team as its very low right now. As we have won today it looks like i will have to stick with the 4-4-2 formation until i can start bringing in new faces for the club.

We have started this season as the worst team in the league but hopefully with some hard work we will start to climb the league but looking at this i don't quite think we will make it into the playoffs unless we win almost every game from now.

We start the month very badly but ended it with some great results now all we need to do is start carving more goals and wins in the next few months. I am trying my hardest to bring in some new players so we have a stronger team to use

This has to be the worst news we have ever had in a long time our 1st choice and 2nd choice goalkeepers injured. I just hope we can bring in some new goalkeepers fast on loan or anything.

This month we have done much better and deserve the league position we're in now. The only thing that has hurt us this month is the loss of our best players being injured the 2 goalkeepers was a huge shock as we're a small club and can't afford great players i thought we would have been defeated most games but we have won a few so far.

superb detail m8, good luck with it. i know i wouldnt have the patience to start off as a club like sutton united! Fair play. Hard luck with the keepers but only 2 off-day results so can't argue with that with a youth goalie! KUTGW

Torquay 1 - 2 Sutton United

Man of Match: Fred Sears - Sutton United - Rating 8

The minute they got a red card we started to use and exploit the extra space we had and we only just got the result we needed thanks to the freekick and penalty that was award to use which e converted well.

All we wanted was to win the match and get into the nest round. I rested a few players in the hope they will stay fit for the league matches as this game looked like it could be an easy win. The result was not as great as i would have liked but we have managed to get the win, next round please.

All eyes were on us today to see if we could beat Woking whom were in second place which would put us into at least 3rd place trying to catch up to the league leaders. As you can see we managed to win comfortably by two goals today.
