barosanu Important First Team Player Join Date: Feb 2008 Posts: 511 Thanks: 45 Thanked 32 Times in 27 Posts Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0	if you wanna find some great regents are too steps to do: send your scouts to other continents and they will gain kowledge of the countryes and every seasons search for under 18 players with a decent ability at his positions(search for cryterias: tackling,technique, composure, reflexes,dribling or finishing). or at every start of season go to every club and search for youngsters that have been promoted.if you see anyone good,just sign him.have patience with them and probably after 2 or 3 seasons they will show their development.in my squad i have over 100 youngsters.
