Hey peeps, after getting over the hardest part of Football Manager(Which is of course finding the right team) i have decided to go with Hibernian after a little help from Fed ;)

I have just played all teams in the league for the first time round and here is an image showing how the current league table looks:


As you can see i am currently in first place and the performances of the team have been great, i managed to win 10 games in a row i believe it was beating any previous records.

My first defeat was a 6-5 thriller at Motherwell, i was leading the game all the way till the last 15 mins when i went down stairs for a drink only to find i had lost my first game :(, bear in mind i had 10 men for 3/4 of the game :P Here is a screen shot to show this, i also beat the high scoring record at the club:



I have signed some interesting players that have been in great form, here is a screenshot to show my signings in and out of the club:



as you can see i havnt spent much and have really boosted the clubs finaces as when i joined i was only welcomed with a 50k budget :P

one player that was been really on form is Stancu, what a signing, this guy managed a hat trick on his debut and here is an image to show his form:



Another player who has been on form is this guy:



What a SUPER sub he really is, i bring him on for 20 - 40 mins each game and he just cant stop scoring :D hope this form continues :D

Great start to the season mate lets just hope ur side can stay there for the remaining months of the season, nice signings aswell and Bogdan Stancu is a goal machine on FM scored 110 goals in 125 games for my Forest side GL for the rest of the season.

there's a young Bulgarian striker at Hibernian that develops well. Also you might want to sign Alex Fernandez from Coslada (he's free at the start of the game, dirt cheap anyway later on) and Doudin (also very cheap and excellent). A very inexpensive and effective way to score loads of goals. Also, try Copil, he's young and cheap, develops very nicely and will bring you a lot of money in 1-2 seasons if you decide to part with him. Torje might join as well, great potential for this lad. iv tried Torge at the start of the season but due to low funds i was unable to get a bid accepted, i will try again in jan along with the other players ;)

currently played 14 games and lie at 1st position still - 6 points clear and looking good ill post my tastics and more screenies in jan :)

Hey peeps :) The jan transfer windows has just closed and i have made many changes to the squad :D

my transfers in and out for my first season are:



due to most of these signings the team has only lost 1 league game all season :O, i am performing really well and here is a screen shot of the league table:

as you can see he really is on fire :O

a downfall of the season so far is losing at home to celtic in the semis of one of the cups :( i had 4 key players missing and had to have a make shift team out :( two banned and two injured :



ooo well im progressing well in the league and still left in the quaters of one cup :D wish me luck

i sold my super sub due to the arrival of alex ferandez, and up to now im disapointed, hopefully he will get better :)

Hey ppl :D:D

the end of the season has just finished and i managed to do the double :O :O i had a super first season and a lot of it was to do with my tactics and super signings, all the players i signed had full bars from the fans apart from alex fernandez

Here is the final league table:



As you can see in the end i really shamshed the league and that was mainly it really became a breeze in the park in the end.

As you can see quite a high scoring but a poor performance from my team and to win on penalties is not what i wanted but i suppose a win is a win :D

After this great season i was nominated the manager of the season:



Stancu voted the player of the year and also top goal scorer:

Overall i am very pleased with what i have done with hibernian :D, i seen that the lazio job was going and i decided to apply, i recived the job offer with 15 million and great players such as klass jan hunt and also montilivo :O however i deicded to stay with hibernian for one more season until my contract ends :D

i hope you enjoy this and i will continue to update with screenshots and news, i am happy to give any adivce or provide any screenies so just ask ;)

Great season mate! I can recall that you asked for advice whether to take the Lazio seat or not. I am glad you didn't. I think you can achieve great things at Hibernian. Stancu is doing immense by the way, what a signing! I also see that you've bought Soley, is he doing okay? He's always a sweet signing coz he's good, free and willing to go to smaller clubs.

Btw, do you have a screenie of both Soley as Mihelic for me? Wanna see how they are doing for you!

Anyway, keep up with great work mate. This could turn into a great game for you! Fantastic start...

The summer transfer window has past and it was an upsetting one as the great one Stancu moved on to another club after a bid was accepted by the board :(

I started a stuttering season losing 3 games in quick periods which now means i have lost just as many as last season in only 14 games.

I was nocked out of the champions league at the first hurdle after a massive 9 - 2 defeat agg defeat to Arsenal over 2 games at in the first round nock out.

I have since managed to get over my bad start and have retained the top of the table spot, here is how the current table looks after 14 games:

After i was nocked out of the champions league i drew Feyenoord in the UEFA cup to decide whether i would be able to go into UEFA cup group stages, i managed a 2 - 1 win at home and smashed them 3 - 0 away, here are the screenies:





i have managed to make the UEFA cup draw but after seeing my group things look very grim as i have MAN UTD in my group :O:O, here is the group:



Due to the sale of Stancu i signed Danny Haynes and hes been playing really well scoring 4 away goals on his debuy beating the previous record of Stancu scoring 3 away goals on his debut, here is a screen shot to show how Haynes is doing:



Here is the BEST player i have ever EVER signed for so cheap, he was made my captain at just 19 and he is in super form, Mihelic:



Here is a screenie of Soley, not been playing as much as last season but when he plays he is solid and i would recommend you sign him as hes FREE!:



I will update after the Jan transfer window and at the end of the season, hopefully i can make it to the next round of the UEFA cup :D WISH ME LUCK!

You did well in your first season winning the league and cup,but I don't understand why Hearts wanted 1m + for Copli ( have you got a patch on the game ? ) cause I buy him for Stoke for 75k,Mihelic great signing becomes a captain for is Country to,hopefully you wont loose him like Stancu,but Haynes is a nice replacement also does well in the EPL.

A very tough draw in Europe, hopefully you will qualify for next stage.

Yep im sure the latest patch from FMF m8i ;) hes been a nice signing so far

Mehelic has some interest in him from Celtic and they offered 5 million for him in the summer but i rejected and he wasnt interested in leaving unlike Stancu :(

Europe is going to be tuff yes but UTD arent doing well at all they have played two games and only have 1 point :O they appointed Steve Coppell as new manager and it seems it wasnt to good as hes only signed Steve Sidwell and they arent doing to good :P

still i am not expecting to go through hehe hopefully though finger crossed!
