Thought i'd start a West Brom game on FM08 for the first time since my Prem triumph on 07, using the FMF DB and Patch 8.0.2 i was given a 4 year contract and a transfer budget of just 3.5m and told to win the league by the board, but with 12m balance i managed to get an extra 5m to spend as i build for the season to come.

Pre-season went well and the new signings i made look like they are starting to gel together which can only be a good thing.

Pre - Season games:-

West Brom 1-1 Mlada Boleslav (Phillips)

Kidderminster 0-1 West Brom (Stancu)

Brabrand 0-7 West Brom (Mattock,Brunt 2,Stancu,Slusarski,Phillips 2)

Viborg 1-2 West Brom (Beattie 2)

AGF 2-2 West Brom (Slusarski 2)

York 0-2 West Brom (Brunt,Wade OG)

A great start to the season but the last 3 games has been very disappointing in terms of chances created and not taken, the board were really unhappy bout the Tranmere result and so was I.
