Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum and fairly new to FM, I played the old champ man's, red one being my favourite, always signed Stephan Selakovic, haha.

Anyway, there is so much more in FM, i'm sure there is plenty of tactics and options i've not taken advantage of yet so I was wondering if anyone could give me any kind of general tips for playing with Sunderland?

I've just finished my first season with Sunderland, finished 19th, one point from safety. I made a decent effort to stay up, thought I might have turned the conner beating Man U 3-0 at home but I still didnt avoid the drop.

So I'm looking for training hints, good tactics, good signings?

One more thing, my players seem to miss at least 3 sitters a game, that happen to anyone else?

If you havent allready get the 8.01 patch.

Because there is so much pressure on your players to score sitters they crack under pressure due to a low composure stat. So make sure he has a decent stat in composure.

Look through all the prem teams reserves for unwanted players.

I love the Man United reserves aswell full of talent you can loan, take a look there.

8.0.1 still has players missing sitters tbh, but its a slight improvement
