I live in Bromley so the team is special to me  I attempted to take this challenge but I got bored at the end of the fourth season. I was promoted at the start of the fourth, but I then went straight back down, with only 23 points  and I lost couple of key players upon demotion  . Yer a 40-45 points total sounds good for survival.
Some mixed results there but you have managed to cement a good 7 points between you and 21st.
