hi guys well i wanted to try out new team to manage and went with Fisher Athletic in conferance south and my team did excellent first season by winning the league even tho we were touted as relegation candidates and had scored the most goals i had with any team i have managed (scored 123 in 52 matches for first season) only problem was is that we also let in quite a few goals aswell yet i didnt do much to the team just moved a few players from reserves to first team.
1 problem with my fisher team is that even tho im 4k under my wage budget th club is losin like 40k a month and is startin to worry the board and i dont know wots happenin to all the money as i even sacked a coach so i only have 1 and only have 1 physio now to try and reduce.
and then we come onto how im doin in national conferance as i think the tactic i employ will no longer work due to better opponents
in truth i think its my defence which is lettin me down as i just got a new goalkeeper who i got for free off tottenhan(Rob Burch)
so if any 1 could recommend some gd defenders that are free that would come to a conferance team that would be grateful as im gonna try and rebuild the defence this season and hope my team can stay up this season
any advice on tactics would be helpful aswell

hey thanx actually now my team is doin very well after a change of tactics have hardly let any goals in well except for when we played blackpool in FA cup and lost 3-1 as my fisher team is now 4th and goin strong with a 13 match unbeaten run ever since i changed the tactics lol
well before i was on a 8 match without a win run before i changed tactics

dont worry, every conference team gooes thru it but wen you get promoted and if you stick with it then it will be ok. congrats and goodluck |

well just hit a big bump in my hopes for promotion this season in that tottenham just got brought and are no longer my parent team and my best striker who was on loan from then has gone and this has left me with a big hole in my striker force as i was hopin with help of him this season would get me promoted and get some new players in ready for league football

well thanx to a crash on my laptop i can no longer continue this fisher game so im gonna start again but this time do it with the fmformation db and see how things go hopefully i might go a bit slower and take my time and build a squad up that can cope in league 2 unlike my last one
will post back on how things are goin
