Default The Hibees Me & My story

This is the first time I have done this so suggestions would be helpful. So here Goes!

Hibernian Sack John Collins for unknown reasons.

Hibernian have reasled a statement to the media that John Collins was sacked for personal reasons. The media belive there was a dressing room bust up with the players which led to his departure. John Collins is apparently looking into the Bolton job where he used to play for 4 or 5 seasons.

Speculation is rising but the bookmakers have put Gary Smith the former Hibs player favourite to take the Leith hotseat. Hibernian sources refuse to say this is true.

What do you think of it so far comments are welcome update in 5 mins.

Hibernian bring in new faces.

New Hibernian manager Ryan Gallagher has been busy in the transfer market bringing in Kyle Lafferty and Billy Sharp on loan.

He is also trying to sign Dado Prso, Malcolm Christie, Alessandro Pistone all on frees and David Van Zanten also Sam Togwell signed for 375k.

His first game of the season will be against Capital rivals Hearts which will be very interesting because Hearts have also just brought in a new manager Anatoly Korobochka.

Hibernian get lucky against Rivals

Hibernian played there first game of the season against rivals Hearts away at Tynecastle which was a nervy encounter. Which Hibs opened the scoring on the 31st minute with Steven Fletcher. 6 minutes later Torben Joneleit got himself sent off after a deserved second yellow.

At the start of the second half Hibs made three changes Billy sharp, Kyle Lafferty and Brian Kerr coming for Christie, O'Brien and Murphy. Hibs had a few great chances but could't finish them finally on the 54th minute Hibs extented there lead with a terrific shot from Beuzelin. But on the 79th minute Calum Elliot who had just came off the bench scored for Hearts after breaking through the Hibs defense and cooly slotting the ball into the corner of the net. Lee Wallace got sent off on the 89th minute after a clumsy tackle got himself his second yellow.

The man of the match was Steven Fletcher capping of his performance with a goal.
Fans view: We have won away against Hearts which is a great start to the season lets hope we can continue this against Gretna

Hibernian beat Grenta
2-0

Hibs played there first home game on Saturday against Grenta who have just been promoted. The game started and 8 minutes in, Grenta's experienced defender Chris Innes brought down Kyle Lafferty just outside the box. The referee game him a red card for tripping Lafferty. The reason for the sending off was he was last man and stopping a goal scoring opportunity.Just before half time Kyle Lafferty suffered a groin strain after a fair tackle from Martin Canning.

After the break Hibs brought on Dean Shiels , Zemmama and Malcolm Christie for Lafferty, Kerr and Sharp. 10 minutes to the second half Hibs scored a well worked goal starting with Fletcher crossing in but hitting over everyone, which then Christie got onto and passed to Van Zanten who crossed it in and Zemmama got his head to and sloted it into the corner.

Rob Jones killed the match off on the with a brillaint volley from a corner which was perfectly delivered by Dean Shiels

My Man of the Match is Zemmama he only played one half but he was terrific in the half he was on.
Fan view: Another great win for us but the next game at Tannadice will be tricky for but lets hope the boys do well. We will miss Kyle for a while lets hope Christie or Simon Lynch the new boy can play as well.

Hibs continue great run with 3 out of 3 wins!
Hibs continue great run form with another win for rookie manager Ryan Gallagher. It was against Dundee United the game started at 3:00pm Steven Fletcher kept getting past the fullback 3 or 4 times but is delivery into the box was poor. The deadlock was broken on the 42nd minute after a corner by Shiels ended up in a penalty after Stephen Quinn tooked down Simon Lynch. Billy Sharp stepped up to take the penalty and placed it perfectly 1-0. On the 44th minute Alessandro Pistone was injured after pulling his hamstring.

At halftime the manger made another three subs Pistone, Lynch and Fletcher came off for Zemmama, O'Brien and Murphy.

The second half was very dull until Zemmama went on a mazy run beating 2 playersz and rounding the keeper. The rest of the game was terrible and scrappy.

The man of the match was Zemmama again with a great second half display.
Fans view: First of all I have to thank Ryan Gallagher for another great performance. Billy Sharp got his first goal for us. COME ON THE HIBEES!!!!!

Pistone loses Hibs the game
After the 3-0 midweek cup game against Queen of the South. Hibs were favourites for the inverness game.

At the start of the game Inverness were all over Hibs and were rewarded with a goal 10 minutes in after Chris Hogg let Denis Wyness head home from 2 yards. Then on the 31st minute Don Cowiet Inverness further ahead with a terrific volley.

In the second half Hibs made another three changes Shiels, Zemmama and O'Brien coming on for Lafferty, Fletcher and Sharp.

Zemmama put Hibs back in it on the 63rd minute but Pistone gave away a terrible penalty on the edge of the box! Which Maruis Niculae scored with ease. Dean Shiels scored in injury time but it was to late.

Man of the Match was Zemmama again with a great performance when will the manager start him?
Fans View: Pistone gave away a terrible penalty and just would'nt play after that. We are looking good but we need to win these scrappy games

Joneliet costs Hibs the game
Hibs lose there second game on the bounce.Again it was a defenders fault but this time it was Joneliet. In the 5th minute minute Scott Arfield put the home team in front. The rest of the half was boring until Alan O'Brien was brought down and injured.

At half time Hibs made three changes Chisholm, Lafferty and Sharp on for Alan O'Brien, Zemmama and Brian Kerr.

The second half was not a half to remember for Joneliet who in the 90th minute passed it to Mark Stewart who slotted it passed the keeper.

Man of the Match was Scott Arfield who skinned Joneliet easy and scored and played very well
Fans view: What has happened to our defenders Pistone cost us last week and Joneliet this week? Come on boys lets beat Celtic and we have a run at home come on Hibs

Hibernian loses third game on the bounce

Hibernian lost the third game on the bounce today against Celtic at Easter Road. The first half went uneventful until Kyle Lafferty was injured by Bobo Balde for the secind time this time.

At Halftime Hibernian made one sub Zemmama on for Billy Sharp the three goals all came after great chances for Hibernian, Celtic went up and scored three times.

Man of the Match was Donati who scored and assited in goals
Fans view: Where has our form gone? Ryan Gallagher has to start winning or the fans will start to get on his back!

Hibs get a point at last
Today at Easter Road we saw a bore draw between Hibernian and Kilmarnock. Hibs had the better chances of the two with Steven Fletcher's great volley was saved by Chad Harpur.

At halftime Hibernian made two changes Shiels and Zemmama on for Billy Sharp and Simon Lynch.

Later on Ross Chisholm came on for Brian Kerr.

Man of the Match was Rob Jones the big guy was sollided at the back.

Hibernian win in cup but can't continue it in the league.

Hibs won 3-0 against Morton but couldn't continue it in the league against Rangers who won 3-0 at Ibrox against the Capital side.

They then travelled to Fir Park for a game versus Motherwell which was a draw in which Rob Jones scored with a corner deliverd by Ross Chisolm. The rest of the first half nothing happend. The seond half begain with nothing happening but in the 52 minute Zemmama found the net with a great strike which the keeper was helpless to save.

Man of the Match against Rangers was DaMarcus Beasley as he ran the defence ragged.
Man of the Match against Motherwell was Zemmama who made the corner Hibs scored from and scored a great goal
Fans View:Hibernian haven't won a game in the league and it's getting very irritating.Come Hibs pull yourselfs together!!

Good story mate, be interesting to see if you can break the Glasgow domination. I particularly like your use of the banners, itv, setanta and skysports.

Very clean presentation too
