 After retiring from A.S.D Carini, a semi professional club in Italy due to Injury, i promptly completed my coaching badges which enabled me to manage any club in the world. Almost an entire year passed with rejections from teams such as Kamen Ingrad, Redditch, Mezzocorona under my belt i thought that my agent Dimmu Borgir was joking when he anounced i had an interview at G.Birligi in the Turkish top division, i nearly fell off my chair! But after 10 minutes of convincing me, i realised it was no joke and that i had the opportunity to become head coach at one of the biggest teams in Turkey. The Interview Illan Cavcav welcomed me to the club with open arms, anouncing straight away that he wanted me to join the club and he wouldnt take no for an answer. well i replied to this with a request to view the Training ground and youth facilities first, so we went on a tour of the ground. The Training facilities were world class, and so was the youth academy. i really felt that i could make this my home, the staff present at the club were fantastic, and eventthough i needed a translator to talk to them, they really convinced me of the clubs potential. and after some careful Negotiations with the chairman. i signed a contract until May 2009 worth 3.7k a week!. the first day 10th July 2007 Board expectations. I recieved a fax from the chairman today, he was expecting a top-half finish this season, and to achieve this i was given a 3 million Budget and a 55k wage budget, the one problem i encountered straight away was the fact i was already over my wage budget albeit only 100 pounds. i was already happy with my budget, i was given 3 million from only a 6 million balance which i thought was rather generous of my Boss. At the end of the day i retired to my office to Organise the teams pre-season friendlies.  first press interview: Press: How do you feel about gaining your first managerial position at such an illustrious club? Obviously I am delighted to be here at the club, we have fantastic potential here and i just hope that people wont judge me too soon because of my lack of experience.

Title odds
Fenerbache and Galatasaray have been made 6/4 favorites for the title this season.
We have been given the odds of 33/1 which arent that bad, i think that with a good run of form we could trouble the top sides, however i am not saying we will definatly be there, but i am hoping for atleast a top-6 finish! |

Impressive signing Feddo. Not too sure about the amount spent on him though. Then again, I've never used him so I don't think I'm in any position to question the great Fed's judgement  Keep it up mate. |

new arrival  Cimsir Huseyin has joined from Trabonzaspor for a fee of 2million + 35% sell on clause, i had the offer accepted by the chairman, it was obviously too good for him to refuse. |

Ozbey Erkan has kept his place has the G.Birligi Captain. I have decided to name 23 year old striker Mehmet Cakir as his deputy this season. |
