Ashley, I think I may have stated this in my opening post.

If I get sacked, I check out the list of favourites for the job, retire as the old user, and start as the favourite for the job.

So say, Avram Grant was sacked, and Gullit was first in line for the job, I would retire as Grant, and start as manager of Chelsea with Gullit!
