NB!!! Always to take backup of your files before you deleted or overwrite them.

1. Unpack file to you "data\db\lnc\all" where you have installed FM 2006 (Usually its C:\Programmer\Sports Interactive\Football Manager\data\db\lnc\all"
Do you have the game installled other place, then you just have to installed it, in that folder.

2. Remember to Delete the fake.lnc file or the real_name. if you all ready have install v1. and you MUST delete every file in the folder if it isnt anyone you have created by your self, there can be conflict with the Chinese league wont appear correct and same with the south african league if these not are deleted. Or else just deleted the fake.lnc in the same folder as this file is unpack to.

3. Start a game and enjoy the world of Realname leagues and tournaments The file is savegame compatible.
