nice little guide so far, the only complaint i have is that you have only done the season budget for the title challange. You cant honestly expect Blackburn to challenge for the title in their first season, Other than that good guide.

Have a look at guides that John10, Abeatty and Angel SVK to name but a few have done, then you will get how it should be done.

very nice idea here, but the basic idea needs expanding on, without any real detail it makes your effort look quite poor mate, not bad so far but try to add more details.
