Carlos Victor, 22 (on loan from Vitoria) - Probably not worth keeping due to the fact you are paying 100% of his wages and he is the 3rd best keeper in the team.
Diego, 21 (on loan from Aval) - Try to get him on a permenant deal if you can. He will be a leading star for your team.
Marcelo, 23 (on loan from Corinthians) - One of the best players in the team. He's a bit like Dracula in the sense he doesn't like crosses and can't deal with them very well.
Marcelo Bonan, 26 - Should be your starting goalkeeper. The total opposite of his namesake rival. He can easily deal with high balls and crosses. His only weakness is his speed off of his line. It's probably best to play a deep defence and not a high line when deploying Bonan between the sticks.

Fabio Fidelis, 21 (on loan from Aval) - This bloke is a key member of the first team. His only weakness is his natural fitness which could be a problem if you make him do too many runs.
Inae, 18 - If you can, I'd sell this player straight away. No where near good enough to play for Ituano, poor intelligence on the pitch and a short fuse make him a volatile addition to your squad.
Peter, 23 (on loan from Cruziero) - Peter has a competitive streak that can cause him to bend the rules from time to time but he is still a valuable player to have.
Serginho, 18 - Good player for the Third Division but think about a replacement if you get promoted.
Xavier, 18 - His poor stamina shouldn't be ignored for a left back but he is a strong penalty and free kick specialist, so keep that in mind.
Vinicius Reche, 23 (on loan from Palmeiras) - No real weaknesses really show. He's a great free kick taker and has a very long throw, so if you aim for someone with a good head on them, then you could get some goals.
Boiadeiro, 23 - Boiadeiro possesses a great deal of pace and enjoys the big games. Despite these positives, he cannot deal with high balls due to his inability to leap from the ground.

Erick, 19 - Erick's a good player but he is fairly susceptable to injuries.
Marcus Vinicius, 22 (on loan from Aval) - Pretty much the same as Erick but with a few extra years experience. He's not great in the air but does have pace.
Seginho, 28 - He would be a good signing for any First Division team. Unfortunatly, it's likely that he won't get any better.
Almir, 34 - Despite his age, Almir would be an awesome signing for any Second Division team, he's athletic as well. The only problem is, he isn't very comfortable in the rougher matches which would result in him pulling out of challenges.
Felipe Nunes, 20 - Felipe doesn't have the ability to challenge in the air but he does have good technique in striking the ball and passing. A good playmaker in my opinion as well.
Ramon, 20 - A poor player that's only good point is his pace.
Eder, 27 - One of only two wingers. Eder is another good finisher. Apart from with his head.

Alex Afonso, 26 - Afonso is one of the best players in the squad. He's good in the air, he possesses a great leap and is very confident in his abilities. He also doesn't have any outstanding weaknesses.
Beto, 20 (on loan from Palmeiras) - Beto is a consistant player and good team player. His first touch is great as well.
Elton Cale, 19 - He should be regarded as a key first team member. He doesn't have a great deal of physical presence but his pace is awesome.
Luis, 21 (on loan from Palmeiras) - Luis has a great leap on him and a good footballing brain. Probably one of the best players in the team.

- Reach the final stage of the Third Division.
- Enjoy the experience of participating in the Sao Paolo State Championship.

Lucas (GK) and Khazu (DM).

Juninho - Former Middlesbrough, Celtic and Atletico and current Sydney midfielder.
Luis Fabiano - Former Rennes and Porto and current Sevilla striker.
Vinícius - Current Hannover 96 centre back.

4-2-2-2 is the starting formation but I've found out in Brazil, deploying wingers in a 4-4-2 is the best option as a lot of teams don't play with them, so you'll have a lot of space.
