Thread: need help with fulham 2012

i have some great players
but all my players seem to hate me :(
my first team consists of
goalkeepers: Kasper Schmeical and Vincent Enyeama
DR: Elliot Omozusi and Andoni Iroala
DL: John Goosens and Thiago Carleto
DC: Steven Taylor; Vadim Demidov and Leon Andreason
DM:Vadim Demidov; Leon Andreason and Mehmet Ekici
MC: Micheal Johnson; Mehmet Ekici; John Fleck; Peter Wittingham and Jonjo Shelvey
AML: Matias Fernandez; Sherman Cardenaz and John Fleck
AMR:Matias Fernandez; Sherman Cardenaz; John Fleck and Henri Saivat
AMC:Jonjo Shelvey; John Fleck and Henri Saivet
ST: Nicola Zigic; John Shelvey; Henri Saivet and John Fleck

sorry if that is hard read
but is you could give me any advice because my team is really undeerachieving and the dressing room really isn't a good place atm :(
also is you kno what positions some of these players play best in and what kind of formation will get the most out of the players
