ummm, how about approach to sign one from a different club? i think that should work.

oh yeah, and go to "jobs", and at the bottom left of the screen there's an option for place an advert, click that and choose whatever type of staff you're looking for. it should take a few days maybe a couple of weeks to get a response.

good answer there modisess, replies could often take a few weeks, but you will get varied staff depending on how big your club is, e.g. if you are FC Mozyr(bottom div Belarus) you will find crap staff but if you are Chelsea you will find great staff.
