This may not be the right place for this post but sorry bout that guys, anyhow, wondering if any one can help me with this one. I am currently managing ajax, and im doin fairly well, however my backroom staff (mainly coaches) are shite. Problem is, the board wont le me terminate their cntracts because of compensation costs, and also i cant employ better ones as the board think i have too many coaches, i allowed 4 to leave at the end of their contracts at the end of my first season however im still stuck with the same problem.

use this trick.i personally descover it.offer to your current choaces job as asistant managers,so youll reduce the number of coaches and after that you can sign how many coach you want.trust me .it always works. |

this trick looks good but wouldnt it mean that you would have too many assistant managers? and terminating their contract would cost even more? |

after you signed the desired coaches you can offer to the coaches who becomes assistant managers a coach contract.so you will remain only with one or two assistants. |

Alot of the foreign teams have this problem. If you offer them mutual termination, they will always agree at the start of the very first season you are in charge. I dont know which update you are on, but in my first season at ajax, I have trimmed the coach numbers down considerably, with out annoying the board and brought in my own staff. |

Im pretty sure you can only have 1 assitant in England? lol. |

yeah, but only problem with that is what if the coach doesnt want a 1 yr contract? and will the coach u offered an assistant manager role want to be a coach again? |

the coach dont want one year contract.but they want to return to their initial job.but if they are asistants for too long i cant guarantee that they will want to be coaches again. |
