By setting a scout to scout next opposition you can get a good chance of winning . So Say against Man United the scout reports comes up man united will usually play 4-4-2 while trying to get it out wide to ronaldo . Heres what to do u look and see whos out on left because 9 times out of 10 your right wing will get trounced so set your fastest and strongest right wing to mark him tightly. Now If giggs is playing (He Usually is ) u try getting the ball to you left wing who should be able to beat him id say downing is good for it your by him if u set a target man with good heading downing goes by left back cross in for target man he scores your on your way . So what im trying to say is use the reports to your advantage think of good formations and ways to shut Fabregas , Gerrard , Lampard, Drogba and loads more out and work to your strenghts. So Good Luck All, This is my first tactical guide and please dont say its yours Dont Forget to hit thanks!! | Feel Free To Use My Sigs | | | | The Following 11 Users Say Thank You to josh_ehm For This Useful Post: | ahussien (03-03-08), aldohexose_76 (22-02-08), apthered (09-03-08), boltonfan (09-04-08), CelticFan (21-02-08), gilb29 (08-03-08), gorgebarri (09-03-08), graham50 (23-04-08), hardie43 (09-04-08), James M (09-04-08), John10 (21-02-08) | 21-02-08, 05:44 PM | #2 (permalink) | | FMF DB Update Scout & FMF Police Chief Join Date: Apr 2007 Location: Knaresborough Posts: 2,722 Thanks: 710 Thanked 234 Times in 193 Posts | Great idea Josh, and may well try once I get back to a regular game!!!! | My Crazy Season - Click My Sig! Defend deep and stand off players so they can't get in behind. Then, don't play them at their own game, play a slow tempo game and frustrate their gameplan. | | | | | 08-03-08, 09:17 PM | #6 (permalink) | | Backup To The First Team Join Date: Feb 2008 Location: Romania , Iasi Posts: 154 Thanks: 9 Thanked 21 Times in 15 Posts | depends on what scout you have, only heed the advice of really good ones. Actually you don't need any tips from scouts, it's common sense how to play your team and mark opponenets. All you need to know is what everything does and spend a lot of time every game fine tuning things. That's why I watch matches in detail and take care of every player in part throughout. Results are direct proportional to the attention you give the game. | | | | | 09-03-08, 01:26 AM | #7 (permalink) | | Scout For FMF's DB Update Join Date: Jun 2007 Location: Mississauga, near Toronto Posts: 1,608 Thanks: 212 Thanked 217 Times in 179 Posts | great work josh, thanks for this i would also suggest going all out on opposition instructions, somehow always works for me and im guessing you mean full backs, not wingers... | | | | 09-04-08, 08:42 AM | #8 (permalink) | | Decent Youngster Join Date: Mar 2008 Posts: 6 Thanks: 0 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts | good advise...thx | | | | | 09-04-08, 11:11 AM | #9 (permalink) | | Touted as a new David Ginola: Im an FMF'er, Not a movie star Join Date: Jan 2008 Location: wiltshire Posts: 1,661 Thanks: 226 Thanked 370 Times in 348 Posts | Well done josh, though as mentioned alot does come down to common sense. The one thing you cannot seem to legislate for and no matter how hard you try, is the opposition keeper playing an absolute blinder! | Signature-Care of Ru Top FMF GFX Artist Current game Spain/Birmingham 08-09 | | | 10-04-08, 11:26 AM | #10 (permalink) | | Decent Youngster Join Date: Apr 2008 Posts: 1 Thanks: 0 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts | thanks for your tips.... | | | | | 10-04-08, 12:48 PM | #11 (permalink) | | Used In Squad Rotation Join Date: Jan 2008 Posts: 279 Thanks: 30 Thanked 118 Times in 50 Posts | By setting a scout to scout next opposition you can get a good chance of winning . I dont quite understand what you're sayin. although I kinda understand I think. Are you saying, Say ronaldos on the right, you should get a LEFT back to mark him tightly and if Giggs is on the left, you should get a RIGHT back to mark him tightly? | Current Game: Eastleigh, 2008/2009 2007/2008 - Eastleigh, 1st in Blue Square South 2008/2009 - Eastleigh, 1st in Blue Square Premier, Won Setanta Shield, Runners Up in FA Trophy | | | 10-04-08, 08:17 PM | #12 (permalink) | | Decent Youngster Join Date: Mar 2008 Location: Vigo Posts: 45 Thanks: 5 Thanked 15 Times in 13 Posts | If he is not English he can be confused easily. | | | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
