After some talking about tacs with some friends of mine. I decided to make a 3-5-2 tac for fm. At the moment i have only tested this tac with Man Utd. I have tested this for 1 whole season. Here are my results of that season. As u can see we made it to the semi final of the Fa Cup where we lost after Penalty's. In the Carling Cup Chelsea was to strong. And in the CL Final we lost against Barcelona. I finished 3th in the league with only 1 point behind the number 1 and 2. I'm now gonna test it in Holland with Feyenoord and after that i might gonna test it with 1 other club. I didn't go well for Feyenoord with my new tac. Now i'm gonna test it in Spain using Villareal Same story as Feyenoord didn't go verry well for them. Here is a screen of my tac. I would like to point out that i didn't bought any players. I was hoping on u guys to test this tac with other clubs and tell me how u did . Do you really want DM's running towards your own goal with the ball? :)) | | | | | 19-02-08, 12:07 PM | #8 (permalink) | | FmF Smurf Join Date: Dec 2006 Location: Nethelands Posts: 1,858 Thanks: 59 Thanked 138 Times in 91 Posts | only when needed | | | | | 19-02-08, 02:50 PM | #9 (permalink) | | Backup To The First Team Join Date: Feb 2008 Location: Romania , Iasi Posts: 154 Thanks: 9 Thanked 21 Times in 15 Posts | it's never the case really, I suggest you remove, you'll be better off without it :) don't think that you're covering the gaps left by your 3 defenders, the DM position stays the same, they don't fall back when the other team is attacking, to fill in the gaps, they only go back when they have the ball. If you want them to fall back and take care of those gaps, set them a more defensive attitude and that's exactly what they'll do.
