Hi, How often do you change your tactics in order to stay one step ahead of the computer. I try tweaking every couple of games if i find a decent tactic just little subtle changes ie change direction of a run, or focus passing differently.

I usually only have a major change of tactics/ formation at the start of the season to accomedate new players. But I personally have a few tactics saved for certain types of games, and just change depending on the situation.
