right i need some help whats the best tactic for newcastle in fm08 and is there any good ones i can use on the site that can get martins scoring good because he is a good player once he gets going

i use the toon as well, yeeeehaaaa. i use either a 442 dimond att, or a 4312. set martins on striker and vids on target man. i have target man delivery on 'to feet'. smith in att mid, and buy andreason for 1.5 - 2.0m from werder.

well ive just finished my 1st season in the prem with newcastle and finished 2nd..1point of Man Utd..it came down to the last day..i needed to beat liverpool at st james' and i won 2-1 and i needed man utd to lose away to tottenham..they were 3-1 down at the 80th min and i was overjoyed but an 81st + 87th strikes from scholes gave them a 3-3 draw and the premiership title =( i did a lot of transfer dealing at the start of the season and in january..

good squad mate..
you should of kept martins and owen for the 1st season ... on mine martins scored 26 and owen scored 24 in the 1st season:P but you dont really need them with the players youve signed

Well The board accepted the bid for Martins and i offered him a new contract to see if he would accept and stay but he accepted Lazio and went..Owen went in january..he scored 11goals in 17games and he had a minimum fee clause of £9m but Juve offered me £17.75 and i could reject..im just about to start my 2nd season..expected to challenge for prem and got £27m..so ive signed

i made the grey background because the backgrounds that come with the skin are horrible..so id advise you to make your own background or download another 1.

class team that'll deffinately perform,, i had banega too..

i was newcastle .. won Champo league 2wice in a row, league cup,supercup, world club championship 2wice in a row ....

then my laptop broke so im using a different laptop an had to start again .so im derby this time :)

how you doing with derby? this is the only time ive been a success on FM08..well i did the treble with chelsea but being average teams ive always cocked up.

well i signed a few players
torje,alex fernandez & golbourne .
played 1 game of the season and lost 3-2 against birmingham golbourne got 2 goals on his debut though
but im derby so im gonna expect alot of defeats

yeah it would be easy to do that with chelsea anyone could probably do that :P

good luck wiv derby!..liverpool just signed david jones for £10m..that looks like a bit of good business..ive just drew my first game of season 0-0 at home to west brom had 18 shots..13 on target..they had 2 shots 1 on target lol...it happens!!
