Making seven stars on coaches isn't so hard.
You need 1 coach which have good attributes to all types of training except fitness (Gordon Cowans is a good choice)
Leave only one category for the coaching per coach.
1 Goalkeeping coach + some other coach with goalkeeping as secondary attribute)
2 Fitness coaches - one for strength and one for aerobic.
Tactics is quite easy as it only require one attribute.
Defending attacking shooting ball control are a little harder to obtain as usually in the begging the club doesn't have enough knowledge. After one season you will find more suitable coaches. After a few the game generated coaches starts to pop up. They have some nice knowledge as well..
Set Pieces is the hardest one - Usually Solskear from Man Utd manages to do 7 stars in this in a few seasons. I suggest you leave this coach for after a few seasons. |
