My corner tactic: Corner taking team instruction: (left and right) NEAR POST Player instructions: - 2 good header players set to NEAR POST FLICK ON
- 1 strength, tall striker set to CHALLENGE KEEPER
- 1 good header player is set to STAND ON FAR POST
- 1 player with good long shot ability set to LURK OUTSIDE AREA
- 2 quick, small player set to STAY BACK IF NEEDED
- the other 2 players set to ATTACK BALL FROM DEEP or GO FORWARD
- gk of course set to default
From 10 corners I get 8 goals. What about defending against corners? Defending against corners is harder thing. It depends more on your players quality. My general settings:
-tall defenders -> mark tall
-side defenders -> mark man
-midefilders -> go back
-def mid -> mark man
-tall striker -> go back
-2 small quick player (wingers or strikers) -> stay forward
-and you can set 2 players mark near/far post to taste

mine works a treat, especially when the guy challenging keeper gets the ball, he scores 3 goal from corners already :) only 4 games in also :P |

Just need to overload the box, with near and far posts and challenging the keeper. Intimediate the defence. |
