I think they're a little big as well mate. Probably be better if you made them as userbars then they'd be fine.  |

Hmm, not sure, take up too much room, and would be a little boring for people who like to use their ordinary sigs.
Also shouldnt it be administrator and moderator because surely an individual person using it would only be singular?
Maybe itd be a good idea to have as a smaller icon underneath each user's name, and user title? | | | | | | |
