I bought Breno and he got is WP turned down so now he is at my club (MUFC) but can't play any matches and i have offered clubs to loan him but all say no.

well for england it takes 5 years
man utd have a feeder club that is belgium and if sent there will only take 3 years or u could hope he gets put in their international team and then just offer him a new contract as he will get applied for a new permit |

yes after 3 years surelly he can play.and if you have luck he can obtain an work permit in less than 3 years.i bought breno when i played with man city from nayern after 2 seasons and he didnt required anymore an work permit becouse he played for his national team
