Im playing as Ajax (07-08) at the moment, he was a slow starter but paired with Stancu has been scoring well.
So far for me he has played in 27 league games and scored 15, with 5 assists. He also managed 3 in 9 european games. |

if youll play the 8.02 patch you wont need any more strikers to buy at lazio becouse there is a great italian striker(dont remember his name) at man city who will return to lazio at the end of the season. but if you asked, yes ,huntelaar is a great striker.but dont rush an look at man city and see if im right |

i had him with Man City with VDVaart playing behind him and he got 36 goals and player of the year!!!

I bought him and him and pandev are on fire.. He isn't good
I regretted buying him late in the transfer window
i regretted not buying him earlier though! he's a marvelous forward for my man city side, alongside VDV, Elano, Piatti, Caicedo and Bojinov, he scored 14 in 12 and now 18 in 16 i think.
i dont know why but when i first used huntelaar for the first 2 games, he got injured in both matches for 3 weeks-1 1/3 month each. after recovering he didn't score at all. after taking advice from a guy at the man city thread at the sigames, to rest him for 1-2 game(s) and bring him as substitutes/or first team, he scored 4 in 1 game against some team.

on my ajax game i signed Liedson, scored 35 in 32 games.
Huntelaar was injured at the time and when Huntelaar came back Liedson stopped scoring and Huntelaar scored 10 in 15.
So imo yes he is a good striker, however he only plays well with oly an average strike partner, as you can see when he plays with a good one (in this case Liedson) it doesn't always work. |
