that's the fastest way I'm afraid... Look at his profile, it will tell you how many days there are left untill he can get citizenship in the country you're managing in. But you'll find out it's 4 or 5 years. the fastest way is to send him on loan at a spanish club. it will take only 2 years to gain nationality(730 days).but this works only for south american players.

Quickest way is to send him to Spain it only takes 2 years. |

Well I don't know for FM2008,but in FM2007 the quickest way is a Polish feeder club.It takes only 2 years.

The spanish option is good for south america. I think the only way is sending him in loan to your feeder club in Belgium, Spain, or Polish...
2 or 3 years might be a long time, but that's needed....
After that, he might be a great players... just see the positive sides....
however, Work Permit is the permission to work in European countries that united in Uni European... It's also worked for football players... It's the reality u have to face in FM world, hehe.... |

But in germany they can have any player in the world without restrictions. countryes from uk&ireland use work permit. in other country the players are allow to transfer but there are restriction for how much foreign players can use in the match. |
