when you start the game there all are under 20 year old.these screenshots are taken in my current game in year 2014 i ve made a shortlist whit these players and many other. if you wanna have a strong squad after 4-5 with no much spending you should try to buy the players from this shortlist. i guarantee for them:D http://www.fmformation.net/downloads.php?do=file&id=1166

Its a brilliant list mate and i can appreciate all the hard work you've put into this but it would be easier if the names were listed.
I don't mind it how it is but it would make it easier for people to look at.

great work use hyperlinks (the globe icon with what looks like a paper clip in front of it) to make it look better thanks  P.S. one more thing you could do is put all of these players in a shortlist and upload it onto here, that would be amazing

i think the initials attributes of corradini differs from game to game. its not the same all the time. |

It depends from person to person. For me trained properly is let him mature in your low divisions until he is 18 or 19 years old. find a loan in a good team for two seasons, if your reserves are not good. The best way to train a player is bring him to your club while still very young (17 or 18), put him on the senior players training schedules. ok ill try it. i recently bought giorgi makaridze at poli iasi. hes a gk and only have 18 years. i put him at under 19 team and play some first team games. i should put him at the reserve team where he can train with seniors? |
