HISTORY De Guzman was born on 12/9/1987 in Toronto, Cananda. Jonanthan joined Feyenoord youth team at the age of 12. When Jonathan turned 18 he was given his first team debut against Heerenveen. His first team goal came a few weeks later when he scored against Willem II on the 30/9/2005.
Jonanthan then made himself available for the Dutch team after declaring himself for Holland rathar then his country of birth Canada. He received his Dutch citizienship in Februaury of 2008.
Jonathan made his debut for the U21 side against Estonia in a Euro qualification match.

BEST POSTION 
Jonathan, in my opinion can play his best football just behind the strikers. He is best suited to here. He will get forward when possible in attack when needed. He has a great eye for a pass, so i would set his passing to trying through balls to cut through the defence. He can be a bit lazy though, as his work rate is'nt the best.

VERDICT Not a bad midfielder who his still learning the game. I'd expect his stats to improve over the years as he is still only 20. Under the right guidence you could have a future great AMC in your side. Expect to pay big money as he is indispensible to Feyenoord.
