HISTORY Roman started his club career at Dynamo Stavropol. He made his first team debut in 1999. Then a year later Roman was signed by Rotor. After 3 years he was on the move again and in 2003 he moved to Spartak Moscow. Roman has been one of Spartak's most prolific goal scorer's since the move. In his 136 games for the club he has netted 67 times.
Roman was then called up to the Russian squad in 2005 and has been a key fixture in the side ever since.

ON FM 08 If you do manage to sign him on FM, you will have a great forward in your side who is able to get goals when they are needed. He would be an excellent siging for mid table clubs or clubs pushing for UEFA cup spots. He should cost anywere between £5M to £9M depending if Spartak are in a good mood.
BEST POSTION 
Roman would be an ideal target man. He would also have no problems playing upfront as the loan striker. He should be your primary target man. Roman is going to be a real threat from corner's and set plays as he has great heading ability.

VERDICT A great signing for mid table sides looking for someone to bag them the goals that they need. Despite some of the stats not looking great Roman will still be a threat on opossition defences. asking price may be a bit hefty tho, so you will need a healthy transfer budget if want him.
