Djite was born in the U.S. and moved to Sydney with his parents when he was three years old. Djite trained at the NSW Institute of Sport in Sydney and played for the Marconi Stallions in the NSW State League in 2005. In November 2006, he unsuccessfully trialled for two weeks at SV Werder Bremen. Upon his return to Australia, he was signed by Adelaide United for the remainder of the 2006/7 season. Djite scored his first goal for Adelaide United in a competitive fixture on 11 April 2007 against Korean champions Seongnam Ilhwa, deftly controlling the ball in the penalty box to volley it into the back of the net. He scored his first goal in a Hyundai A-league for Adelaide United against Queensland Roar in a 2-2 draw on the 25 of August 2007 at Suncorp Stadium.
Three days before his 21st birthday, on the 22nd of March, 2008, Djite received his first international cap for the Australian national team.

Djite is a really good striker for his value judging on his stats on FM. Hes very brave and determined and not bad first touch either. He will be great for those relegation scraps in the Premiership, or a side pushing for promotion in the Championship.
As you can see Djite prefers to play in the central forward position. He prefers his right foot but also has a reasonable left foot. He prefers to shoot with power during a match.

My verdict on Djite is that he would be excellent for relagation sides in the Premiership or if you can get him in the Champioship he would be awesome if your pushing for Promotion. Makes many assists and truly deserves his MOM when he gets them.
