Default Nyron Nosworthy

Nyron Nosworthy

Full Name: Nyron Nosworthy
Nationality: Jamaica
DOB: 11/10/1980
Age: 27
Height: 6ft
Weight: 77KG
Value: £2.2M
Wages: £5,000 per week
Expires: 30/6/2010

Place of Birth: London
Other Nationalities: English
Languages: English
Favoured Clubs: Arsenal, Gillingham
Favoured Personnel: Marlon King, Jason Brown
Description: Defender
Personality: Professional
Reputation: National

Nyron was born in Sixton, South London in 1980. He is currently playing for Sunderland in the English Premiership.

Nyron began his career with Gillingham. His debut was against Fulham on the 28th of November 1998. In the 99/00 season Nyron broke into the First team appearing regularly for Gillingham.

Nyron sigined for Sunderland under manager Mick McCarthy on the 13th of June 2005.

While playing under current manager Roy Keane, he has recently been used as a Centre Half. In 2006-2007 he was voted Sunderland’s Player of the Year.

Nyron made his international debut for Jamaica in 2007 against Ghana.

Gillingham 1998 – 2005 – Appearances 174

Sunderland 2005 – Present – Appearances 73

Nyron is a really good defender judging by his stats on FM08. Hes very quick and strong and not a bad tackler either. He will be great for those relegation scraps in the Premiership, or a side pushing for promotion in the Championship.

Nyron can play either at Right Back or in the centre. He can play in most positions down the right side of the pitch and can also chip in as a DMC or an MC. I feel he would be better suited as a DC though.

Tackling – 15
Determination – 17
Flair – 15
Off the Ball – 16
Work Rate – 18
Acceleration – 16
Pace – 16
Stamina – 16
Strength – 18

Marking – 13
Anticipation – 10
First Touch – 9
Heading – 9
Concentration – 9
Influence – 8

My verdict on Nyron is that he would be excellent for relagation sides in the Premiership or if you can get him in the Champioship he would be awesome if your pushing for Promotion.

Nice guide again, bought him on my Wednesday game and he got us promoted and helped us beat the likes of Everton, Sunderland and Arsenal to reach the FA Cup Semi Final. I played him at right back as Frankie Simek was injured for the season. When we went up though he was a sub cos Simek was really good.

Starting at Wexford Youths, Manager Darling goes for world domination, but he's gotta start somewhere.

I used to love old Nyron when he was at the Gills but I don't really rate him for Sunderland. I think he's probably more suited to Championship life rather than Premier League. But that's just my opinion.

Another awesome guide mate.

He is statistically one of best defenders in the prem. Won the most percentage of his tackles out of any player in prem. Saying that I know what you mean, Im not about to claim he is the best defender in the premiership. Still he can hold his own.

you try to go past nyron but he says...no, no, no!
