Young failed to get into the Watfotd academy, but was re-signed and made his debut against Millwall where he scored. West Ham almost bought Young for £10 million, but he decided to join Aston Villa for £10 million plus extra cash due to International appereances. Young has been Aston Villa's best player this season, having won 3 MOM including 1 in the 5-1 win over Birmingham. Football Manager Stats Name: Ashley Young Club: Aston Villa Postions: Winger,Left Midfielder,Free Role Value in FM: £8 Million Nationality: England Reputaion: National Squad Status: Important First Team Player Age: 22 becomes 23 towards end of season.
Ashley Young is a brilliant player to have in your squad, on Football Manager 2008 PC, I had him for Aston Villa and he was fantastic, he scored 5 goals and set up about 28 in his 1st season with me in charge. 2nd season so far he is doing great scoring 1 goal and setting up 10 in 10 games. I have been Chelsea and have signed him and he has fitted in perfectly, and every team seems to want to buy him in the 2nd season. if you look at his stats some of them need improving, but some are brilliant to have like crossing, free-kicks, pace etc, and that at the start of a season.
Tactical: Ashley can play anywhere in midfield and anywhere up front. I used the Tug Training on this website and he become a lot better at everything in my 2nd season. He always want the ball and is always fired up for games appecially against Birmingham.
Strengths: As you can see Ashley has a lot of good points. These are:
Crossing: 16: Ashley is a fantastic crosser of the ball on FM and with his crossing he has produced a lot of goals for my teams i have been on fm when signing him. After a season his crossing becomes 17
Free-Kick:16: His free-kick ability is ace, make sure you make him your team's free-Kick taker.
Accleration:18: 18 speaks for itself; He is such a quick player, becomes 20 after a few seasons.
Pace:16: 16 is quick and with 18 acceleration, he is like lightning. He will race and battle for any ball he sees down the wing.
Weaknesses: Every player has them
Marking:1: Well, he isn't really a defender but maybe you could train him up.
Tackling:1: Ashley needs this improving if he is going to be a really world class player.
Penalty Taking:9: For a midfielder/striker/winger, he needs to be able to take penalties and this does need improving.
Heading:5: He needs to be able to head if he's up front and in the box.
Conclusion
Ashley Young is a must-buy player for any Premiership or top European side. He can change a game in a blink of the eye, but some areas of his game needs improving. He will become a world class player on FM 08 after a few seasons.

Good guide mate. I agree with the other guys when they say that the spelling needs some improving. I hope you don't mind that I took the liberty to edit your guide and try to get rid of the spelling mistakes.
Keep up the good work!
