Lauri Dalla Valle was born in Joensuu, Finland on 14 September 1991, one of three children to Lorenzo Dalla Valle, an Italian police officer, and Marketta Dalla Valle, who is Finnish. Because of his Italian father, he is eligible to play fro Italy internationally, but it is unlikely that he will do so since he has already opted to play in the Finland U-17s and couldn't settle in Milan after being a part of Inter's youth squad. He reportedly struggled with the language and grew homesick, thus returning to Finland.
Club: JIPPO on 8.0.1, Liverpool on any subsequent updates Position: MC/AMC/FC Value: 30k (at JIPPO) Contract: Youth Age: 15 Nationality: Finnish Languages: Finnish, English Reputation: Regional Personality: Determined ALL INFO IS BASED ON THE ORIGINAL 800 DB, I UNDERSTAND HE STILL HAS THE SAME POTENTIAL, BUT HIS CLUB HAS CHANGED, AND PROBABLY SO HAS HIS VALUE
Lauri Dalla Valle is a flair player, but he is also in the mold of a Liverpool great, current captain Steven Gerrard. In the first 10 games in my 4th season (in the Championship), 19 year old Dalla Valle has already scored 13 goals, and has 12 assists. He plays best as a Central Attacking Midfielder, when given the Free Role option and allowed a lot of creativity and attacking freedom. Use Tug's Training - Attacking Mids, and some good coaches, and you might well have an amazing player in the future. His PA is -8 or -9, so he has the ability to cause some damage, and hopefully, in 5 years time, he will don the red shirt with pride, and help Liverpool win many more trophies.
Before I talk about his performances in the real world, watch this video compilation about his performances.
Sami Hyypia has described him as one of the most gifted attacking players to come out of Finland since former teammate and National Team Captain Jari Litmanen, and has also said:
Quote:
One of the names for the future is Lauri Dalla Valle. I had noticed his name in a article in Urheilulehti, where reporters had gone through the most promising Finnish talents. He doesn't have a typical Finnish name, which might be one of the reason the name stuck in my mind. Now I definitely won't forget it, because I had the pleasure to meet him last week in Liverpool.
"Dalla Valle was in Liverpool for a week to get to know the club. We had interesting conversations with him and his father Lorenzo. They both had a the right approach to things. They both understood what a big move this would be, especially at that age. It seemed clear to both of them what a big challenge it is to go from an academy player to a first team player in such a big club. And also the reality that this hasn't really been done by any Finnish player.
"If Lauri decides to come to Liverpool, will we one day see him playing in the red shirt? The signs are there. It seems that the young man has the talent, patience and commitment. Add to that an incredible amount of work and a little bit of luck, then why not? Based on the week he spent here, I think a good impression was made both ways.
In my opinion, Lauri Dalla Valle is a great player and has the potential to be a great player. He broke into my first team when he was just 17, after I bought him for 30k. He has scored over 20 goals in about 25 matches and has approximately 20 assists as well. He took over the starting places of first Filipe Da Costa, and then Scott Donnelly, and has been playing excellently ever since. Neither Donnelly, George Boyd or Andrea Poli, all very good players who I'm sure would make any other Championship team, could take his spot. He is probably the most crucial player in my team right now and his performances have been nothing short of magical. I can see him as a world-renowned superstar of the future and hopefully he will stay with Accrington and Liverpool (in my game and in real life) and help them on to further glories.
Hmmm... A final verdict - how can I sum up Lauri Dalla Valle? And in just one word? Simple - AMAZING If you are a lower league team, then there is no doubt, he will be phenomenal for you. If you are a top team in one of the biggest leagues, then 30k isn't that big of a deal, pay that money, and who knows, he could turn out as the next Jari Litmanen, or maybe, just maybe, Steven Gerrard.

Very good guide Ap.
In my current Liverpool game he was present in every one of my games in my League Cup winning run, scoring 4 goals.
Not bad for a youth player.
After my League Cup run, I was thinking about keeping him in my first team. I defo will now after reading your guide.
Cheers.

thanks again guys fed that is true for many players tho, i remember you telling me about a jani backman who you sold for 14 million euros, he was crap in my game
Liveru or someone else who lives in Liverpool, have you ever seen him play, maybe in youth cup or U-18s league matches?
Real effort put into this mate, well done. I have just sent him out on loan again in my game but don't think he is far off being ready for the first team.
