Cut-Out Facepacks
For those of you, who like myself only like the default cut-out facepacks, thought it would be worth letting you know that RowRow @ SUSIE has released a megapack containing every single cut-out facepack made there up to 28/03/09.
The pack is split into 2 halves and both are well worth getting, it contains only the highest quality packs, the lesser packs haven't been used and combined the two packs contain 1.4GB worth of images.
I kept on top of downloading packs at the start of the year, but haven't done so in a while and I now feel that my game is up to date once again.

In the pack there's a huge folder of individual cut-outs, some of which are very useful and definitely worth having.
However, there's also pics of other players who already have more up to date better pics, eg Ballack, Defoe. Is there any way that you can make one config overwrite another? That way I could make the individual cut-out folder be bottom of the pile so all other configs overwrite it where necessary
Does that make sense?
Theres a program called acdsee photo manager 2009 that lets you do that and it gives you a preview of both images and you just delete the worst one. Its expensive for the morally inclined but there's bound to be a torrent for it around somewhere.
edit; I'm not sure if thats what you mean't, might take a while to do it this way. I think with config files its jut pot luck or most recent gets priority, I have all my pics in one big folder which is why I made thie above suggestion.

there is also a torrent available for everyone uploaded and seeded by me. there will be a new megapack which will get updated weekly or so

ANYONE GOT ANY WORKING LINKS FOR THESE MEGAPACKS?
got a new PC and the links I previously used to download them seem to have been moved from the 'sortitouts' site.
The MegaPack is a torrent only now, torrent created and uploaded by me
you only need the 1 megapack the newest is great it has all the faces to that date, more due on may 10th

the reason it is a torrent only is due to the download limit exceeded from mediafire,

Install the program.
Open the torrent file named - FM Cut-Out MEGAPACK V.1 27.04.2009 in the program and it should start downloading
make sure you allow it via firewall, and you may need to do port forwarding to get a better connection if you don't see a green tick in utorrent if you choose this 1

Its downloading but VERY slowly. How do I speed this up?

Stu, I don't wanna download the new megapack because I've spent the last few weeks removing "cross-faces" when I spot them.
There's the individual cut-out folder which is really, really useful, but it contains loads of players which I already have elsewhere with better pictures.
Is there any way to get rid of ones that cross automatically, or do I have to do it manually?
The new pack has no duplicates and it is designed to be the best way of updating and adding new pics without duplicates. All you need to do is find duplicates and make sure that every picture is named by the id number only.
some programs here: Compare pictures. Find differences. Text, Binary, Folder Compare & Merge Utility
some may have find duplicates options you may need to use the trials don't pay for out unless you have tested and like it. (or torrent it)
edit use that individual folder and make the config file larger or make a whole new config file with al the pictures in 1 big folder

there is a program on the mac but not too sure on windows, there is a new update out for the new torrent

Megapack v2 is about 3 weeks away it has over 53K pictures so stay tuned it has many new pictures for FM10 and FM08/09 pictures too
