Manager Profile...although stats are usually crapper then it should be, and it might not be important, it doesnt harm knowing the general idea of the Profile and how it works.
Club/Player Loyalty
You want a higher stat on this. This stat increases when you are more loyal to your club, eg. Dismissing links between you and another club. It also increases when you show your loyalty with players, eg. defending them from media, praising them, stopping them becoming unhappy etc...
Domestic Player Bias
This stat increase if you are having more of the same nationality players then any other, eg. having more english players in your squad then any other. I personally dont care about this stat. If you're gonna have any chance of winning trophies, you want a variety of talent, and therefore, you'll have different nationalities of players.
Financial Control
This is pretty simple. How good you control your finance is extremely important. If you spend all your money and the wage budget goes extremely high...and the club finance drops, you risk adminstration.
Hands On Approach
This is one stat where everyone struggles. Hands On Approach is when you do everything yourself. Whether its team talk, team selection, doing contracts, you're doing it yourself. I tend to just do the contracts for my Senior and reserve squads and leave the U18 to my assistant. I do my own team talk, and I do my own team selection etc...This attribute is important because you get to know your own player properly...
Squad Discipline
How much you discipline your squad. This is pretty easy to grasp. Whenever someone gets sent off, walks off from training or whatever, you discipline them. I give those who walks off from trainign a 2 week fine. And I normally give those who gets sent off first time a warning, a second time 1 week fine and if they get banned 3 times in a season, i give them a 2 week ban.
Tactical Consistency
How often you use the same tactic. Always change now and then (home or away, or every 3 or 4 months...) If this is really high, it means you always use the same tactic. The opponent will guess what tactic you use pretty easily.
