Can rivary be "developed", for eg

For Eastleigh my rivals are
Main: None
Other: Salisbury, Havant And Waterloovile

If i say argue with their manager alot or something, could rivary be increased and say, havant turns into a main rival?

To be honest I don't have a clue.

It would make sense if you play them a lot have have a bit of banter between yourself and the opposing manager (like Rafa and Jose) and a rivalry could develop into a main rivalry.

Although I have never seen any proof that this would happen.

i think the rivary increase if you fight with the other team for the same trophy or objective.but im not too sure

If not, then I think Fm should add this! Develop rivary!
