I think there should be more player interaction.

say for example a player on your team is considering several contract offers and you wanna keep him...you should be able to send someone to speak to him throughout his decision and find out what hes thinking and see what his friends and family think or maybe if other members of squad think he will stay or go...

what you guys think?

that good idea..but we as manager also must have influence to attract the player too..for example,the player is very interest to play under our management..

I agree with Rimza. We should be able to tell the player, how they will fit into the team, where they would play etc.

If it is a youngster, we should be able tell them how we could get XXXXXX to tutor them and help them progress.

More interaction would be good.

I know it an unforgivable sin comparing Football Manager with FIFA Manager but on one of the previous FIFA Managers, there was a feature where you could have five meetings with a player a week. You could do anything from welcome a new signing to the team or tell him how he fits into your team, to telling him he'd be a great club captain.

I'd like to see a feature like that on Football Manager in the future. Just seems like a nice touch.

It would be a great feature, but like most great features will probably never be incorporated into the game. The programmers seem to think the "Recommend a Scout/Player" type option is more than enough.

second thing, tutoring, whenever i want to tutor aquino as a striker(equally adapt), i can only tutor him as his primary position (midfield)

third, id really like to tell the players how they'll fit and what role they'll play and such

fourth, the annoying media
have you ever become interested in many players? of course you will be
now, has the media ever said, "rumours interested in player x, is there any truth to this?" now, anytime you said yes/no/no comment, a few moments/weeks later, it repeats itself, on and on and on and on. nowadays i say no comment to these things, hate them repeating themselves. people like marvin angulo and such, the media keep asking me, very very annoying. meanwhile, i rarely hear other managers get through what i went through :(

i think there should be more interaction alll around with players, with media, staff, team talks, other managers etc but the idea that u suggested is a good idea because u wud get closer to ur players etc

I'm in agreeance with Ru, if SI and EA could get their heads together, wow comes to mind, because it's like now with FM, I'm on 20 grand a week at liverpool, so what?? I was on £X on FIFA and could buy yachts, buy the club, cars, etc etc

I'd like to be able to revise contract offers to possible signings.

In my Spurs game I had an offer for Huntelaar accepted, and gave in to all his contract demands. Then At. Madrid, offered a better contract so he went there. I'd like the option to increase my offer if another club gets offers accepted too. Currently I believe the only way to do this would be to withdraw my bid, and start again.

Also agree with whoever, said about tutoring players using tutors from other positions. Many times, I've wanted to tutor a Left back or Right back with a winger you knows PPMs like runs with ball down left/right or hugs line.

I think that you can change you offer, if you go to the players profile, in the bottom left corner you should have a option : "change offer", at least I usualy do have it, but not always. Dont know what determinates if it`s there or not.
