I'll start.

Worst player ever signed: on CM 97/98 I signed Bryan Roy for Man Utd and he scored 1 in a 42 games. Promptly sold him at the end of the season

Best player ever signed: Sergio Aguero on FM08, for my Bayern Munich team he has scored 90 goals in 2 seasons

First player you normally sign/scout on a new game on any fm/cm: On CM 97/98 I always used to sign John Bosman (THE John Bosman who had the Bosman rule created) for my Man Utd team and he ALWAYS banged in the goals. Also Oliver Bierhoff on CM 97/98 too.

Best achievement on fm/cm: Winning the world cup in 2006 with Scotland on CM 00/01

Worst moment on fm/cm: Being bottom of Serie A with 0 points after 16 games

Worst player ever signed: Leo Franco on FM 2008 for Juventus. He was so incosistant, when Buffon was injured, it was unbelievable. I had to bring in Kasper Schmeichel on loan.
Best player ever signed: David Martin on FM 2005 for AC Milan. It was a fair few seasons into the game. He kept around 20 odd clean sheets in his first Serie A season and he was an important part of my title winning side.
First player you normally sign/scout on a new game on any fm/cm: On previous FMs it has been Luca Toni but this year's one is Joleon Lescott. A fantastic player on 2008.
Best achievement on fm/cm: Winning the Champions League with Exeter City on FM 2005. I've never ever done anything like that since.
Worst moment on fm/cm: Getting relegated two seasons in a row with Fulham on CM 99/00 after getting promoted to the Premier League.

Worst player ever signed Allesandro Del Piero. Signed him for 2 mil in 2nd seasons for Livorno(i was in serie B) he plays 35 game scorer only 4 time
Best player ever signed: Robert Trznadel, he is great signing for any teams
First player you normally sign/scout on a new game on any fm/cm: Balotelli from Internazionale
Best achievement on fm/cm: Winning serie A with Livorno 2013 season
Worst moment on fm/cm: Getting relegated with Livorn seasons 1 with 11 point

Worst player ever signed I'm starting to think it is one on my current Liverpool game - Thiago 22m from Lazio...couldn't hit a cow's ass with a banjo

Best player ever signed FM07 - Okaka to Valencia from Roma for 1m - he was incredible

First player to scout Miralem Pjanic of Metz (now Lyon)

Best achievement FM07 - doing the double over River Plate whilst in charge of a trully rubbish Newell's Old Boys side

Worst achievement FM07 - failing to get a half decent Liverpool side out of the Championship for 2 seasons

Worst player ever signed: Ray Parlour for Preston on fm 2008

Best player ever signed: Alex Fernandez on fm 08 with Hereford or Bodgan Stancu on fm 08 for Palace or Steven Gerrard on cm 01 for villa

First player you normally sign/scout on a new game on any fm/cm: I always scout Rafeal Van Der Vaart, becasue he is ace, and i always start with aston villa, on old cm 00 i would always search for Micheal Owen

Best achievement on fm/cm: So many maybe winning world cup with Nigeria on fm 06 or winning The treble with Aston Villa or Being promoted with Hereford

Worst moment on fm/cm: Being Bottom of Seri A with Grossetto

Worst player ever signed: Malik Mouath Al-Hawasawi - Utter *****, scored 1 in 20 for Celtic. (Abeatty grassed me up to John for this)

Best player ever signed: Tonton-Zola Moukoko (SP?) Signed him for Celtic in 01/02 for 500k from Derby. Amazing players, scored loads from midfield.

First player you normally sign/scout on a new game on any fm/cm: Well seeing as i only play 08, i would say i have signed Ignashevich most.

Best achievement on fm/cm: Working my way up to the Arsenal job and winning the Quad first season.

Worst moment on fm/cm: Losing the Uefa Cup final to Sevilla with Celtic.

Worst player ever signed:Mauro Esposito for Pompey on FM07. Broke his leg after 3 games, then had successive ankle and knee injuries. He went about a year and a half without playing competativly. He cost 8 mil :(

Best player ever signed: Cesar Delgado for the same Pompey team. Scored 35 goals first season and 11 assists. Second season, he got 32 goals and 13 assists.Average rating of about 7.8

First player you normally sign/scout on a new game on any fm/cm:
Usually Klaas Jan Huntelaar or Barnetta

Best achievement on fm/cm: Getting Blackpool to prem from bottom half of league 1 table in 3 seasons

Worst moment on fm/cm: Loosing 4-1 to Derby at home with Everton in which Robbie Ernshaw scored his only three goals of the season

Worst player ever signed Probably on FM07 I decided that signing David Trezeguet for Tottenham was a good idea. 17m spent 2 goals and a busted leg after 9 games.
Best player ever signed Ever Banega on my Ajax "Hot Prospects" game. Talk about the new Roy Keane!!!!
First player you normally sign/scout on a new game on any fm/cm Bogdan Stancu nearly everytime
Best achievement on fm/cm Winning the Champions League with Valencia 2008-09 season
Worst moment on fm/cm Getting sacked from Athletico Madrid after demanding one too many things from the board on FM07. I only had the Champions league left to win with that particular game!

Worst player ever signed - FM 07 - David Villa believe it or not he only scored 9 in 35 games not good enough because i paid 50M for him lol

Best player ever signed - FM 08 - Fernando Gago wa brilliant for me at barca after i sold yaya toure had an average rating or 7.75 after 31 games

First player you normally sign/scout on a new game on any fm/cm - Samba - Aquino - Saivet - Bostock and Moses

Best achievement on fm/cm - FM 07 - taking ipswich to Champions League

Worst player ever signed - Stewart Downing for Liverpool. spent about 12 million and he was consistently average and didnt help at all
Best player ever signed - no question about it, well actually its a tie...Lauri Dalla Valle for 30k (turns out hes my best player) and Alex Fernandez on a free, both for Accrington
First player you normally sign/scout on a new game on any fm/cm - really, its Alex Fernandez. He always, always delivers.
Best achievement on fm/cm - FM 07 - Getting Accrington to the Premiership
Worst moment on fm/cm - quitting way too many jobs XD

and for FM07 (though dont remember much)
Worst Player - Gustavo Varela for Liverpool
Best Players - Freddy Eastwood and Darius Henderson for West Brom, both got me 25+ goals a season
First player to scout - have no clue

Best Achievement - West Brom into the Champions League, India to the World Cup
Worst Achievement - trying to put Toronto FC into the game, starting it, and failing miserably

worst player i ever signed was bastian schweinsteiger from bayern for a fee of £56M for Man United on 07. even playing him as an amc he managed only 7's and 6's everygame

I think it was david trezeguet on the old cm01/02, what a player he was back then, just scored for fun

Best player ever signed: Pavlyuchenko... scores for fun upfront for my newcastle side.
First player you normally sign/scout on a new game on any fm/cm: Well it used to be Eddie Johnson on FM07 but on FM08 it has to be Arshavin
Best achievement on fm/cm: Getting Ivory Coast to the Semi's of the World Cup losing to Brazil on penalties while doing a Turkey... I had 11 outfield players and 2 keepers available. I finished 3rd overall.
Worst moment on fm/cm: getting Mezzocorona relegated after joinin them 3/4s of the way through the season. lost out by 1 point.

Best player ever signed: Hatem Ben Arfa for Juventus FM 08 - very, very, important part of the team

First player you normally sign/scout on a new game on any fm/cm: depends on what team. but usually, i buy Henri Saivet.

Best achievement on fm/cm: Werder Bremen in FM 07 - Treble on the second and third season :D

Worst moment on fm/cm: Juve FM 08 - rarely win against Roma or Milan

Worst Player Ever Signed: Michael The. His stats meant he was going to bang them in... his form didn't.

Best Player Ever Signed: Damien Love. A left back I signed for 14k when he was 16. I thought he could be a good striker.... and he damn well was. Just became the all-time Bedford highest league goalscorer (previous record 110) just before his 21st birthday.

First Player I Normally Sign: Because I always start in lower league football, I always sign Bryan Prunty on every FM. Just a natural goalscorer and legend ever since I loaned him from Celtic for Queens Park (I think) a few FM's ago.

Best Achievement: Bedford. I think most people know about this game.

Worst Moment: Regretting leaving Cowdenbeath when top of Div1... and then never achieving anything at Celtic.

Worst Player Ever Signed: Obafemi Martins for Liverpool. Scored very, very little. But luckily sold for $2m more than I got him for :P

Best Player Ever Signed: Sergio Aguero. Goal scoring machine!

First Player I Normally Sign: Matias Fernandez. Probably my favourite player in the game, terrific stats and always performs and is relatively cheap.

Best Achievement: Learning how to use the Data Editor properly

Worst Moment: Getting fired from Liverpool. To be fair it was like in my first week of playing and I had never seen the game before. I reloaded a save and went on to make UEFA Cup.

Worst Player Ever Signed: Tituane Hlanze, signed him as he look lik e a hit prospect, but his stats werent up to scratch...

Best Player Ever Signed: Vagner Leonardelli, great defender for lower leagues.

First Player I Normally Sign: Andy Morrow in lower leagues and Conor Larkin as a defender.

Best Achievement: Taking Eastleigh from Blue Square South to League 2, scoring 90+ goals every season and with a fantastic home record.

Worst Moment: Losing in the Setanta Shield Finals againest Oxford.

Worst player ever signed: I cant remember any significant one, but I think Arjen Robben for 25 million pounds from PSV in 03/04 was one that was a bad deal, because he could not break into the 1st team and performed averagely.

Best player ever signed: Anatoli Todorov on 03/04, for 5mil pounds from Litex, ends up as the best player in the game with a base value of 40.5mil, scores goals for fun, though i don't think this guy even exists in real life.

First player you normally sign/scout on a new game on any fm/cm: Daniel Bierofka on 04/05, because you could get him really cheap at 450k and he had good stats way back then.

Best achievement on fm/cm: Going 3 seasons unbeaten with Chelsea in 03/04, or maybe winning the EPL in just two seasons with West Brom when they were in the Championship (formerly known as Division 1) in 03/04

Worst moment on fm/cm: Getting sacked by Newcastle in 04/05

Worst Signing: None that i know of so far

Best Signing: Klas Jan-Huntelaar, the absolute greatest for my man city game, scored 39 in all competitions in 30 games winning against rooney who scored 38 in 31 with average rating of 7.77 with 11 MoMs being the best MoM, goalscorer and average rating in the whole of epl. all this while having 1-2 months of injury for the first 3 games (game 1 he got injured, game 3 he got injured once again). tips for the guy who made huntelaar his worst signing, try resting him for 1 (recommended) - 2 matches and on the next match, use him as a substitute if you think he's ready, if not wait again for the next match and either use him as a sub or first-team. it worked really well for me

really worth the 15.75 mil pounds i paid for

First player i normally scout/buy: Pablo Piatti, still 18 and he's already ready for epl

just for 150k you get a -9 PA'ed player, second season he gets the 4 mil price tag

best moments: winning 5-4 in fa cup against mu although i was down by 1 at HT
