I'm in season 2015/2016 now, and in my 3rd season with Sheff Utd. Had them promoted to the Prem. league and then we had struggles all last year before we nose dived and relegated on the very last day. Arsenal just offered me a job (League champions for 2 years now) and i'm conflicted. I've always taken teams from lower leagues and i'm wondering for those that take the higher up teams. . . is there a challenge? Or Will I just get bored shortly? Going from a 500k transfer budget to a 60mil one is very interesting . . . but I dont want it to kill the excitement. What do you guys think :P | Check out my current game HERE and see my wonderful Braintree! | | | 16-06-08, 03:00 PM | #2 (permalink) | | What Fed can do with a grape, I can't do with a beach ball! They are very overated and can win things easily on FM. I'd stick with Sheff Utd if you want a challenge. If you want trophies, go with Arsenal. | | | | | The Following User Says Thank You to liveru For This Useful Post: | | 16-06-08, 03:05 PM | #3 (permalink) | | FMF's Toon Army Spiderman and member of the Writers Crew Join Date: Jan 2008 Location: wiltshire Posts: 2,394 Thanks: 304 Thanked 620 Times in 592 Posts Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | Well only really you can make the choice mate. In my opinion the novelty of managing an established gunners side would be less fun than say, if they were fallen giants languishing in league 1 | Signature-Care of Ru Top FMF GFX Artist Current game Tottenham Hotspur 2007- Follow it here! | | | | The Following User Says Thank You to Hartynips For This Useful Post: | | 16-06-08, 03:06 PM | #4 (permalink) | | FMF Donator Join Date: May 2008 Posts: 60 Thanks: 16 Thanked 13 Times in 12 Posts Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | I agree with Ru, Arsenal will give you instant gratification if you want a quick trophy fix, but there won't be as much of a challenge, nor sense of achievement as you'll get from sticking with the blunts, I mean blades | | | | | | The Following User Says Thank You to logykphlo For This Useful Post: | | 16-06-08, 03:10 PM | #5 (permalink) | | Backup To The First Team Join Date: May 2008 Location: Halifax, NS Posts: 101 Thanks: 26 Thanked 13 Times in 13 Posts Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | hah thanks guys :) This is where I was leaning towards. SO I made a decision, gunna leave Sheff Utd, go to Arsenal and go for the quad :P then start a new game. It'll be a challenge in itself I think to take a team to the quad in one season and we'll see how it goes :) Thanks again :P | Check out my current game HERE and see my wonderful Braintree! | | | 16-06-08, 04:01 PM | #8 (permalink) | | What Bozza can do with an orange, I can do with a grape!
