I'm having bit of a torrid time with Everton and my Assistant Man. has suggested I call a team meeting. I did and apparently some of my players seem happier after the meeting, but a few more games in and still no improvement. So has anyone had any success with one? | I was Reading coming 18th and had my captain Murty call a team meeting. I ended up winning against Newcastle, Spurs and drawing with Portsmouth. So i beleive they do work... |

It all depends on your skipper tbh guys I think, if the squad look upto him then you will get a better response and maybe start getting yourself a few valuable wins under your belt |

It didnt work for me at ipswch im afraid. the team went from bad to worse and i got the sack for the first time since FM 05 lol. |

it all varies, if the player you ask to do it is a respected member of the team it should work, if the other players dont think much of him it wont. |
