Hi,

Just had a couple of questions about a couple of player concerns.

Firstly a couple of my players have a slight concern because they don't get on with another of my players, this isn't a major problem for me currently as I was planning on selling the player anyway. However, for future reference is there anyway to smooth things over between players who are none too fond of one another or is it simply a case of removing one of them from the picture?

Also one of my players has a slight concern about managerial discipline, was wondering what causes this? My assumption would be comments to media?

Any further information on this would be most appreciated

First, If they dont like each other, there isn't much you can do tbh. Often, if a player says he don't like some, he will generally be a trouble causer, so get rid of him anyway.

Manager discapline, this can be your media comments,but also how you react to player issues, so if you fined a player for getting 2 yellow cards in one game, and then only warned a player for the same thing in another, then the players dont know where they stand. But in my experience, this issue for a player can lead to loads of problems, so you might want to sell him too

I just give them warnings(regarding send off's) but if its happening on a fairly regular basis fine them after 2 warnings. Players don't complain about that usually.

Thank you kindly for the info, sold the offending player and all seems to be ok now.

Pretty sure I've been fairly consistent in terms of disciplining players so it must just be media comments, I'll make sure I'm more cautious of those in future.

i only warn them for a sending off usually, but i had a case in my valencia game that sunny didnt turn up for training, fined him two weeks wages and offloaded him to betis...think i made my point!
