You can get your Assistant Manager to arrange pre-season friendly games by selecting Manager - Options from the menubar and selecting Responsible for arranging friendly matches'. You can get your Assistant Manager to renew your players contracts by selecting Manager-Options from the menubar and selecting Contract renewals handled by Assistant Manager/coach When viewing your team screen you can get your Assistant Manager topick your squad for a match by selecting Asko To Pick from the actions menu. The relationships that form between the backroom staff can now be stronger. This can mean that backroom staff, who have each other set as favourite staff, may leave the club together when the manager is sacked or gets a new job. Thos can help keep your staff together when your sacked or resign and keep them all together. | Big Thanks to Ru for a top sig cheers mate | | | 04-05-08, 07:31 PM | #2 (permalink) | | Touted as a new David Ginola: Im an FMF'er, Not a movie star Join Date: Jan 2008 Location: wiltshire Posts: 1,689 Thanks: 227 Thanked 379 Times in 357 Posts | Great idea for a thread adam, except no guidelines to keeping your backroom staff together? so when you sign x amount of top staff and leave your club, why or how do they follow you? | Signature-Care of Ru Top FMF GFX Artist Current game Birmingham/Spain 2009-10 | | | 04-05-08, 07:35 PM | #3 (permalink) | | Important First Team Player Join Date: Jan 2008 Location: Evesham ,UK Posts: 630 Thanks: 204 Thanked 104 Times in 90 Posts | i read it ages ago and thought i would do a guide about it i think when you do all those things they become fave personall or somat lol | Big Thanks to Ru for a top sig cheers mate | | | 04-05-08, 10:49 PM | #4 (permalink) | | Important First Team Player Join Date: Feb 2007 Location: Bolton Posts: 525 Thanks: 11 Thanked 16 Times in 16 Posts | cheers m8. | | | | 05-05-08, 10:55 AM | #5 (permalink) | | What Spanish does with a football, I can do with an orange. I've moved this to General Discussion. Perhaps someone knows this since I don't, but is it possible that when you get sacked, so does your ass. manager? This happens a lot in real life so why shouldn't it in FM? Or when you get sacked and a new manager joins the club, that he brings his own staff with his (ass. manager and coaches) and that the old ass. manager has to leave the club because of that. This makes FM more and more realistic since I don't think it's in the game yet. It's the same with you joining a new club. You should have the possibility to bring along your ass. manager(s) to your new club. | Become a FMF Donator and enjoy the many extras! When I join Celtic, I always find a new Ass. Manager and try and keep to him throughout the game! | R.I.P Tommy Burns - You'll Never Walk Alone | | | 05-05-08, 03:23 PM | #7 (permalink) | | Come on you Whites!!!
