What is the most goals scored by one player in a season? I was with arsenal and it was a few years ago and haven't came close to it ever again. a few games back (i think it was CM01/02) Roman Vasilyuk scored about 55 goals in his around 50 appearances for my Leeds side.haven't ever beaten that...

I've had players on 50+ goals in a season.
Fernando Torres for Newcastle on FM2008.
Dirk Kuyt for Liverpool on FM2007.
Ronaldo for Chelsea on FM2005.
That's all I can remember. I'm sure I've had more than that before as well.
My current savegame I've got Fernando Torres on 37, Dirk Kuyt on 29, Diego Forlan on 18 and Sergio Aguero on 24. They don't sound high numbers but considering they've shared the goals between them, it's pretty impressive for one season. |

Luca Toni scored 45 goals in all competition when i played with Bayern Muenchen. He is a hero.. he scored the winner for me in my first season in the league cup 4th round against premiership birmingham.. true legend Pizzaro got me 76 in 50 on my munich file.. that was LMA though.. i did have a kick ass munich team..

 I've only finished one season in FM08 with all my games hehe. Till now, my FM08 overall topscorer is: Thierry Henry  Before that, I have no idea who scored how many goals and what is my all-time best. |

I never have a top scorer on my games that I can recall, but as for team goal I got over 100 in the championship with Sheffield Wednesday in my 2nd season, got Billy sharp on a free and bought Marlon King along with 3 attacking midfielders which bagged me loads of goals. |

my top goal scorer was in a team in blue square south he played for fisher athletic and now as i was typin this i forget his name lol stupid memory
but he got me 78 goals in 34 matches which took me to top of my league and also winnin the FA trophy and gettin to the 3rd round of the FA Cup after pulling off 2 upsets 1 against MK Dons and the other against Sheff United with my striker scoring the winnin goals in both matches |
