I've never played a game before like a RL manager,meaning changing teams through the game.so now i'm going to try this.how many and which countries do you recommend i use?(i'll surely use England for a chance in getting the Villans job,Scotland for Celtic and Greece for my home team PAOK)

i usually load a fair few leagues, this is my personal preference:

England(league1) Italy (serie C2) Spain(la liga) german(bundesliga) France(ligue 1) and Croatia(2.HNL) gives me a good range of clubs and nations that i can manage in the future :D

I always load the top 3 English leagues, top two of Spain, France, Holland, Italy and Scotland and top league of Portugal

Only trouble is the game takes forever!

Load Players From: Argentina, Brazil, All Scandinavian Countries, Portugal, Croatia, Hungary, Solvakia, Solvenia, Romania, And some countries well known for Wonderkids....Soe i load about 15 countries normally. All on Huga Database, Takes about Half An Hour for Me :) But you wont regret it, It is just fanatastic.
